The structure has been recently renovated (winter 2008-2009) and is composed of a barns of 140 sq. metres. The structure offers a 360° panoramic view on the surrounding hills covered with vineyards for the production of the famous Montespertoli wine. Accommodation - The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room - 8 beds in total (is possible to have two further single bed)- and 3 bathrooms with shower. The villa spreads out over two floors. The ground floor is composed of wide living-dining room (43 sq mts), large kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dish washer, laundry with washing machine and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of 2 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms feature is a precious solid-wood, hand-painted furniture. The villa has a wide private garden with pergolas furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoor. Facilities: A large swimming pool (10x5 metres) among the olive trees. Air conditioning and heating on request. "

" within walking distance (800 metres) there is the small village of Montagnana where you can find the Post Office, a cafe e good restaurant and a pizzeria; in the area there are some very good restaurants and pizzerias, with local dishes and and we are very glad to suggest you some of them. A supermarket and other shops in Montespertoli 4 km away. The villa lies on a hill around Montespertoli, at the centre of The triangle Florence-Siena-Pisa. Florence 20 km, San Gimignano 25, Siena and Volterra 50, Pisa and Lucca 60 and Arezzo 75. Pisa Airport 60 km and 40 minutes drive. Florence Airporto 25 km and 30 minutes drive. "
