Norse Point is the Ultimate Honeymoon Hideaway. It is a secluded 1-bedroom villa situated on the Waters' Edge of the most magnificent ocean bay we are aware of on the planet (San San Bay). The living room provides sleeping accommodation and a half bathroom for two additional persons in the form of two single beds that double as couches during the day.
Relax in crystal clear water and a magnificent ocean bay protected by a continuous coral reef. The famous 'Pellew Island' is untouched and is located directly opposite Norse Point and presents itself as being your private island.

Susan and Alex Dougall are Jamaicans who grew up vacationing with their families on San San Bay. Their dream to own their own San San holiday home became reality in 2008 when they were presented with the opportunity to purchase the only home on the bay that is both secluded and directly opposite the magnificent 'Pellew Island'. It was a dream come true for us and our four children. No one has been able to tell us of another ocean side spot on the planet that compares to Norse Point.
We bought Norse Point because of its unique combination of features - located in the lush parish of Portand offering a backdrop of mountains, rivers and magnificent rainforest - water that is several degrees warmer than tropical holiday locations to our north - a calm bay protected by a magnificent coral reef - and its location directly opposite 'Pellew Island'. We pinch ourselves every day wondering whether it is a dream or reality that that we were fortunate enough to buy this property. We get endless pleasure from our frequent weekends at Norse Point which was our motivation to make this purchase.
We know of nowhere else that has such a beautiful untouched coral sand island, two swimming minutes away from a holiday home seaside deck, separated only by crystal clear water and protected by a magnificent coral reef.
Swimming or kayaking to and from "Monkey Island" and up and down the crystal clear coral reef waters of San San Bay.
