Aspen Creek #316 is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Express Chairlift. The location is close to a variety of other activities too. Restaurants, shopping, the Snowcreek Golf Course, and numerous hiking or biking paths are just a quick car ride away.

A stone fireplace is centered in the living room. This will create a cozy and warm atmosphere on a chilly night. Several seating options gather around the flat screen TV. The TV is also hooked up with a Blue-Ray player. A stereo is provided. The couch may function as a sofa sleeper for further space. At the end of the living room, walk through the sliding glass doors to a private atrium balcony. Take a breath of fresh air and relish in the gorgeous mountain views.

The unit is furnished with true cabin inspired decor throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances any chef could need to prepare delicious meals. Steps away is a wooden dining table with seating for 4 guests. Near the front of the home, there is a mud room perfect for storing skis, snowboards, and all your winter equipment.

The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and another flat screen TV. The bathroom is attached to this bedroom.

Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Great location

The location was great very walkable to Eagle Lodge. The condo was compact yet tidy. The kitchen needs a bit of help pots and pans are subpar, as are the knives and other cutlery. We had problems with the stove, regulating the heat. The furniture was a bit worn as was the carpet. We made everything work and enjoyed our stay.

Skiing at Mammoth

Nice property within walking distance. Arrived in a blizzard and Oscar was out assisting people, and pulling cars out (we have 4 wheel drive and got stuck). He made a tough end of trip work out by his diligence in 1) being outside and assisting in finding your unit and garage, and 2) providing assistance in navigating vehicles through the snow. This in heavy snow and 30 mph wind.

Short Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. You cannot beat the location; we walked every day to Eagle lift. Condo is cute, kitchen and bathroom are due for an upgrade but clean. Kitchen lacks basics needs (example salt, pepper) and some pans had to be washed prior to use. Love the ski area to dry gear. Bed was comfy. Parking spot is tight. The key pickup/drop off is inconvenient, and you also have to go to that office if you need more towels. Would stay again.

Thought the property was very clean and was roomy for a one bedroom. And has a great fireplace well stock with wood. Yes it could be updated but otherwise was nice.
