HOW ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT IS Maple Station? Tremendously! Maple Station (94) - A “Walker’s Paradise” says Walk Score. Also near 6th Ave and I-25 which is the merge of Denvers north/south and east/west highways. Baker is a great neighborhood to experience if you are looking to be near Denver, Downtown, LoDo, LoHi, Highlands, Cherry Creek, Cap Hill, Cheesman, Wash Park, and DU. WHAT WILL MY LIVING SPACE BE LIKE? Way cooler than a hotel. And with 4x the space! Sleeping for up to three (between two attached bedroom areas) on the main level; cooking, hanging and relaxing for even MORE people in the front of the unit. Great central location for gathering groups of people together. The kitchen is decked out for entertaining guests and cooking meals. And yes there is a grill! We’ve taken care to provide many extras like spices, coffee, olive oil, and sugar so you won’t be running to the store time and time again. Large back patio is perfect for soaking up Denver’s sun. Maple Station comes with FREE street parking.
WHICH PERKS ARE INCLUDED? Perks are free of charge. How about laundry and a kitchen with a dishwasher? Full size too. Another awesome plus; WIRELESS and CABLE. You can even watch a few movies on us; just don’t get too crazy! Housekeeping is included upon departure but can also be provided on short notice request. And one other really great perk? Me! Your own local concierge… although Siri may be better with directions.
HOW FAR AWAY AM I FROM EVERYTHING? A stone’s throw away! The airport ride will take you about 30 minutes. But after arriving you’ll have the city at your door.
-Live local (5 minutes) - Throw some sunglasses on and head out the door in whatever attire you choose. Flip-flops and a winter jacket are very normal everyday Denver attire. Gas, breakfast burritos, DONUTS, coffee and liquor just steps away. Did we mention the Santiago’s burritos for 2$?
-Get Moving (15 minutes) – Grab your runners or flip-flops and head out to explore. Tons of cool pocket neighborhoods, Cherry Creek Trail, the lightrail and downtown; all in a day’s travels. Rockies game, next stop!
-Pack the Car (30 minutes+) – From the heart of the city you’ll be a short drive to the mountains, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Boulder and of course the airport.

Two adjecent sleeping areas offer more flexibility. The private bedroom combines a super comfy, queen bed with drawers, walk in closet with lots of hanging space and a private master bath. The master bath is the main showering bath. The second bedroom area is highly flexible and can be used for additional sleeping and can accommodate children, couples or singles. Both sleeping areas are on the main level. The sofa provides another sleeping option for the less picky single or child.

Baker District is one hot neighborhood these days. Bustling with growth, new construction and tons of eccentric restaurants and bars. Near the lightrail and easy to get to and from DIA, downtown or the mountains.
We aim to provide the perfect value. We want you to walk into one of our units and be happy you chose The Citrus Lab. We also want you to be thankful you have everything you need while you are away from home. We want everyone in your party to sleep comfortably and we want you to have an awesome time! But most importantly, we strive to help you to value the experience enough to come see us again.
We have enjoyed our stay with The Citrus Lab extensively! The convenience to everything was perfect for our family. We loved walking to get coffee in the morning (Laughing Latte), to get pizza with the kids (Pasquinis), to the Aquarium and even for an adult night out to Duo! All of the other good stuff was just a short drive. We love the neighborhood and the house itself. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and extra space for our boys (3-1/2 and 1). Our son learned a new word looking out the big picture windows "tree". Thanks for the great Denver experience!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo in the Historic Baker District in Denver. We arrived late at night, and with the help of a flashlight that my hubby just happened to have, we found the hidden key. During our stay, we were very comfortable. The apt. Is comfortably furnished with most everything, though I had to purchase a blow dryer, and the kitchen could use a better corkscrew...
Love the neighborhood! We would definitely stay at this condo again.
The property on Newton Street was beautiful and comfortable. - exactly as pictured. I was nervous about booking and sent multiple emails with questions that were answered honestly and timely by Jennifer.
Our group ranged from 4 - 7 people sleeping, having family dinners and all getting ready every morning like we were in our own home. There is a great book of area sights and restaurants in the condo which we really appreciated. We ended up having dinner on the back patio of "Bang" restaurant and loved the food and atmosphere. While window shopping after dinner we found out about the annual Highlands Street Fair for the upcoming weekend, which we went to. Also, had a good time and some awesome food at Three Dogs Tavern in Highlands. Everyone was impressed with Denver Botanic Gardens.
Condo is in a safe neighborhood near Sloans Lake/Park which is beautiful and a perfect distance to downtown Denver. Like most condos there, it seems, there were many steps from top to bottom but watching the sunset over the mountains from the top deck is worth it.
Easily recommend this listing for anyone traveling to Denver who wants a home away from home.
The property management of this home is excellent. We had a minor set back and we were taken care of above and beyond what we expected. Property management is the key to customer satisfaction and I highly recommend this vacation rental because of the management.
We had a wonderful time staying here for my sisters weekend. We loved the house and it was so comfortable. We will try to stay here every time that we are in town. Thanks for all of the goodies in the kitchen too.....
My family and I spent 8 nights there the first week of March 2011 and I can't speak highly enough about the condo and surrounding neighborhood. The pictures posted really don't do the place justice; it was very spacious and had plenty of room for our party of 5 to spread out and relax. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home including towels, etc. There's a huge flat screen TV but no cable so plan accordingly if you feel the need to sit in front of the tube. The unit is equipped with wi-fi and Google TV so you can catch shows via Netflix or Amazon if you're a member. (It was actually nice to not have the TV on all the time.) The rooftop deck has amazing views of Coors Field and the downtown skyline; unfortunately we didn't spend much time up there since we got so winded being that far above sea-level. The central location of the unit allowed very easy access to I-25 and is within walking distance to downtown and several bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Luckily our trip fell during Denver Restaurant week so we were able to take advantage of some great dining deals in the city for $52.80 per couple. Definitely check out the Squeaky Bean right around the corner and Highland Tap a block or so away.
I would definitely consider staying in this unit again or in another unit that the Citrus Lab has.
