This ultra modern Fairbanks lodging will accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms and one bath. One room is equipped with a queen bed and the other room has a double bed. Twin window seat/bed in living room. Extra air mattresses are available. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower.
This modern custom home, built in 2009 to NAHB Green building standards, features a kitchen that's completely ready for your culinary talents. Enjoy the fresh coffee beans that you’ll grind in the morning. Throughout the house is beautiful custom Alaska birch woodwork and in-floor radiant heat. Amenities include washer/dryer (detergent provided), deck with BBQ grill, flat screen TV with Blueray, WiFi, handmade quilts, and Alaskan artwork. Located in the hills with great views of Tanana Valley, the RED HOUSE sits on two acres of birch and aspen forest near hiking trails.
Lodging Rates: $180/ night for 1-2 people, plus $20/night for each additional person, plus 8% tax. Credit card required to hold the reservation. Minimum 2 night stay.
