We chose to buy our vacation rental in San Juan Del Sur because we loved the unspoilt quaint town, the friendliness of its inhabitants and the wonderful amenities. We chose our unit because it had everything we dreamt of as a second home,like incredible breathtaking ocean views, its location 'right on the beach' the amenities such as the owners clubhouse and the incredible infinity edge pool and spa. The condominium is of a high quality construction, very spacious and comfortable. The balcony where we spend most of the time offers fabulous views of the whole bay of San Juan Del Sur - a delight especially at night time. Whether we spend a two week vacation or longer this home offers all the comforts and amenities that we would have in our main home in Canada

We love our Beachfront condominium as it is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in a peaceful surrounding and yet WALKING DISTANCE to the quaint and unspoilt town of SAN JUAN DEL SUR where we can avail of all amenities like the wonderful variety of restaurants and bars. The local inhabitants are very friendly and always willing to help. The access to the development is on paved roads and there is a wonderful Clubhouse and Infinity edge pool and spa to enjoy. If you ever get a power shortage in the village of San Juan del Sur it does not affect our condominium as the development has its own Electrical Generator guaranteeing electricity at all times. Like wise we have a back up water supply tanks so we are never short of water. This is a very important feature that ensures a hassle free vacation. It is also a very secure area as the development is gated and offers 24 hr security
