  • The 4th Bedroom (pictured as the office) has been converted into a sleeping room with 2 Twin Beds that, upon request, can be combined into a King bed if preferred. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom except the 4th bedroom. Guests using the 4th bedroom can use the hallway guest bathroom (1/2 bathroom) but would share a shower with guests in one of the other rooms. All bedrooms are well-appointed and offer luxurious linens, TVs, spacious closets, alarm clocks, beautiful decor and views of the surrounding desert, mountains and golf course. We will gladly provide a pack n' play crib, hi chair and/or stroller upon request. We also have baby monitors if needed.

WOW! Exceptional property. Totally blown away by this property. Excellent location, gated community, clean, great facilities, exceptional kitchen, master bedroom and pool/BBQ area. Have rented many properties in the US and this is by far the best....by a long way. If you're looking for a rental property in Scottsdale, this is it. CJ and Jamie were fantastic - always willing to help and nothing too much trouble. Thanks guys for a truly memorable and special holiday. We'll be back in fact you were lucky to have got me out of there...I'd have stayed much longer!!!

We stayed at the Troon house for a week at Christmas with six family members (all adults) and it was absolutely perfect. It is bigger and more beautiful than even the pictures show, and in a great location, with the golf course in the backyard and just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, excellent hiking, and more. The house is fully stocked with everything we could have asked for, particularly the kitchen (we cooked full meals every night!). Jamie and CJ were wonderful to work with, answered all of our questions ahead of the trip, greeted us upon arrival, and were available to us all week long if we needed them. I can't say enough great things about the house and the area -- we will certainly be back!!

Peaceful Luxury

This property was so beautifully comfortable; spacious and architecturally inviting. The gardens surrounding the pool and spa are perfectly lovely. The pool was terrific for laps every morning. The fully equipped, high quality kitchen is a dream and positioned so that everyone can enjoy the views of rock walls, blue skies and green golf course. There is plenty of family gathering space and so cozy, too. The whole property is super clean and in excellent condition. And, very importantly, the beds are worth a great night's sleep. I cannot wait to come back!

We stayed for a week, which was not enough. We used the house as a base for some local sight seeing, water skiing, trips to Sedona and the grand Canyon.

The house is just as portrayed in the photo's, very clean, well appointed and with loads of space ( we were a party of seven)

The owners were very helpful.

We have stayed in 'Luxury' villas in Europe, Asia and the US. This was up with the best of them. We would recommend this to family, freinds etc and will be returning again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
