7 The Harbour is perfectly situated, on the waterfront with a private jetty, 2 minutes from the local supermarket, shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of beautiful Reduit Beach. The tastefully decorated villa spans three floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, an 8 seat dining area and a spacious living area with cablevision TV and DVD and CD players. Sliding doors open on to a patio with a sofa and 6 seat table for al fresco meals with a spectacular view of the harbour and its array of luxury yachts and sail boats. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite; the front bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony with a view over the harbour, the back bedroom is twin bedded and nautically-themed. The top floor boasts the master suite, with a king-size bed, balcony with a view, walk-in cupboard and a bathroom with a jetted tub. The Harbour is a gated development with beautifully manicured gardens, a pool and a jacuzzi.

We have just returned from staying at this property and we must say that the owners of this villa have equipped it very well - there was nothing that we required over what was already furnished.
Velda our housekeeper, gave us a warm welcome and also assisted us in finding transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay. She is most accomodating and arranged for a couple of minor repairs to be done in the shortest of delays.
The Villa is conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants and is only a 6 or 7 minute walk to the beach.
Our one very small complaint is there are not enough chaise lounges around the pool or in the garden to sun bathe - but that, as we say, is very minor and certainly didn't deter us from enjoying the location.
We would recommend this villa to anyone.

After several weeks of research, we were going to book this accomadation as it has grea tlocation and terrific ammenities. And then the owner was forthright enough to tell me that he thought we were booking in the wrong town forwhere we wanted to be- -close to the boat charter company we were renting from.. for that reason alone - we WILL stay there the next time
In addition, he has continued to help us with more island information and guidance about local grocery shopping and scuba dive operators we can use

after several weeks of researching,we were ready to book this accomodation, as it was perfect location and has great amenities...and the owner was forthright enough to tell me he thought we were booking in the wrong town for where we wanted to be located- -close to the charter boat we are renting!! For that alone we WILL stay there next time. In addition he has offered extra guidance for where we can shop and dive operator we can use still!!

Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage

Sorry für die sehr späte Beurteilung!

Wir haben hier im März 2012 für zwei Wochen einen tollen Urlaub verbracht! Von Anfang an war der Kontakt via E-Mail zum Besitzer perfekt, auch vor Ort sehr lieber Empfang durch die "coole" Hausdame, yeah :-) und die englische Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Bezeichnung "Villa am Strand" passt nicht, die sehr schöne und ruhige, für uns perfekte Lage dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft ist allerdings nicht direkt am Strand - man geht ca. 10 Minuten dorthin. Die Lage ist genau am Yachthafen von Rodney Bay, wir fanden es sehr schön, die Boote zu beobachten usw. Der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar! In nächster Umgebung gibt es wirklich sehr gute Restaurants und super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - einfach nur toll!

Die Unterkunft ist bis auf eine Sache perfekt, deshalb "nur" vier Sterne: Wir haben einen Mückenschutz vermisst, wir sind durch die Lage am Yachthafen (Wasser) in den zwei Wochen derartig zerstochen worden, ganz schlimm, nirgendwo gibt es Mückenschutzgitter, jede Nacht sind wir auf die Jagt gegangen! Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden!!! Wir haben uns im Supermarkt dann wenigstens diese Räucher-Spiralen gekauft, aber so etwas stellt man sich nicht in das Schlafzimmer...bei der Wärme haben wir dann aufgrund dieser Biester lieber bei geschlossener Balkontür geschlafen, mit dem Ventilator einigermassen erträglich...

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wenn wir mal wieder nach St. Lucia reisen werden, können wir uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen! Am Pool sind zu wenig Liegen, war aber ok, es war kaum jemand dort.

Rodney Bay ist einfach nur klasse, wirklich sehr gute Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, recht schöne Strände, man kann Liegen mieten.
