Why they chose this property
I bought my home in 2002 from a local builder on the island. What attracted me to this home was it's location near town, it's casual open style and beautiful south west water views. It has a reverse floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen up stairs to take advantage of the water views.
What makes this property unique
I enjoy sitting on my deck watching the water change colors as the sun sets and occasional dear or fox crossing the property. It's an area where you can sit back and enjoy the quiet beauty of island living with a glass of wine overlooking Griffin Bay, Dinner Island, Lopez Island and beyond to the Olympic Mountains or you can participate in the many activities that our island has to offer.
