My husband and I live in Wallingford, CT when we are not enjoying our condo. I am retired and spend most of my time painting as a landscape artist. Many of my paintings of PR hang in the condo.
I looked all over PR and fell in love with Isla Verde and the Reina del Mar because of the way the building is managed and the elegance in its appearance and the people who live here. And mostly because of the view from the balcony.
We gutted and completely renovated the apartment in 2013 installing a newly tiled bathroom, new travertine floors throughout and a new kitchen with red oak cabinents, washer and dryer, convection/microwave oven with granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped. No need to bring a thing!
There are towels, linens, and even some beach chairs and other items for the beach!
The most pleasure for me after a refreshing walk and swim, is sitting on the balcony, looking out over the ocean from the 16th floor and seeing the skies that change frequently in their beautiful colors atop the enchanting, acquarmarine ocean!
WE ARE IN A VERY UPBEAT, CLEAN, POPULAR LOCATION FOR GUESTS WHO WANT TO VISIT PUERTO RICO AND BE SURROUNDED BY RESTAURANTS, MARKETS, SHOPPING, BEACHES.
