-Our bedding furnishings and casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers and children. We will refer you to a crib and highchair rental company.
-The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers and children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

All Ilikai private condo owners and guests do not have access to the hotel gym. There are two 24-Hour Fitness Gym locations nearby.

The Ilikai shares that prized position of being one of only two ocean front privately-owned condos right on Waikiki Beach, and Ilikai is by far the best! Ilikai is situated on a prime oceanfront strip of Waikiki Beach, which was once the playground of the Hawaiian Royalties.
A personal front row seat to watch and enjoy sail boats, cruise ships, canoes, surfing, beach goers, swimming activities, free Hawaiian Village Luau Show, Friday night fireworks and that MAGNIFICENT Pacific Ocean...right from the comfort your own private balcony. You can feel the energy, and witness the action. Its never a dull moment just sitting outfront.
This home is absolutely amazing. It is exactly as described and better!! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating and are truly passionate and looking after their guests. Robyn greeted us with leis and gave us a tour of the building and unit. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes to cook and it was great to have glass storage containers (which a lot of other places don't have). There's plenty of foldable beach chairs and beach umbrellas, as well as boogie boards and beach toys so you don't have to run out and get anything. The unit was extremely spacious for the our family of 3 but could have easily accommodated more people. The unit was very close to the beach and lagoon as well as many restaurants and shopping areas. We can't wait to come back and stay at the same place especially since our son calls it his "Hawaii home" and definitely be recommending this rental property to friends and family!
We had a great time, the unit was fabulous, clean and had everything we needed. The attention to detail was much appreciated. Everything was dealt with in a very professional manner.

From booking to being greeted on arrival everything went well and was handled professionally. The communication between all parties was excellent aswell.
Location was great. Very close to AlaMona Shopping centre. 10min easy walk. The lagoon is right out the front again with easy access and they main part of town was just a 10-12min walk through the Hilton and along the beach.

I would like to start by expressing our many thanks. The condo was everything we thought it would be and more. We had an amazing time and we felt right at home, it was beautiful. The view was spectacular! the location was perfect. The staff at the pool were so very friendly. The concierge was very helpful in planning our sightseeing adventures. It was the perfect vacation, just wish we could have stayed longer. Robin was waiting with beautiful leis, and the chocolates and beverages were a thoughtful touch. Thank you again. We have many friends who were impressed with the photos and our description of the condo. Thank you again for ensuring we had the best vacation ever...
We stayed with our two daughters (10 & 14) at this wonderful condo located by the Waikiki Yacht Club and Ala Moana Beach Park. This unit had all the amenities we were looking for, during our family vacation. We were very comfortable during our stay, with both parents and children enjoying family time in the main living/dining area, and privacy when needed. Kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances are all top-notch. The ocean view is from a post card, and we enjoyed many breakfasts on the spacious patio (there are two actually, since this is actually a studio + 1-bedroom attached with connecting door). On some evenings, from 6-8pm or so, we also enjoyed watching the Luau-on-the-roof in the hotel next door - especially impressed by the fire dancers!. For surfers, the unit over-looks the Ala Moana break, and you can either check out the waves or just relax and watch the surfers riding them in. For surfing, we ended up taking lessons at our usually surf school, Ty Gurney's, right next to the Outrigger Reef hotel (5-min drive, but you can park at the Imperial hotel for $3/hr). For runners, there are ocean front concrete paths in either direction: Left from the unit around the lagoon takes you down "resort row" and people watching; to the right a water-front 5-miler is no sweat into Ala Moana Beach Park continuing into Kakaako Waterfront Park. At meal times, options included restaurants within the adjacent Hilton Hawaiian Village (pizza at Round Table is terrific, and fish tacos at Tropics beach-side). By the way, for Disney-lovers, we found that ABC Superettes (the corner supermarket/convenience stores all around Waikiki) have Pineapple Dole Whips!!! Another fun time staying at the Ilikai was going to Germaine's Luau - they pick-up right in front of the Ilikai, at the flag poles. After reading the other reviews, we agree that the post is accurate in all its details, so if you need the space, we can highly recommend you stay here. David and Ron are fantastic hosts, and we certainly plan on returning. Mahalo!
Just got home from Hawaii, had wonderful time at this unit.
David was great, nothing a problem.
Unit is fantastic, could not ask for anything to be improved, wonderful views from balconies (2) kitchen was great, although we did not do a lot of cooking (too many great eating places close by).
The pictures on this site are great and very accurate, 2 good bathrooms, both bedroom have access to large screen TV, for us 2 couples, it was cheaper than getting 2 standard hotel rooms and we had AAA + luxury.
If we return to Hawaii, this is the first place we will look to book.
