With a rich history dating back to 1970, The Lodge isn't just a property; it's a legacy on the award-winning Parrot Cay. Once a fishing lodge, today it is a testimony to relaxation and unmatched beauty. Built over the sea and right on the beach, the house sits high in the air, and the surrounding deck takes advantage of the constant easterly breeze and provides outdoor sun and shade all day.
The large open floor plan on the top level creates a space for all to enjoy, whether playing games, preparing meals, dining, or relaxing with the view. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything the gourmet cook could need. Two outdoor dining areas offer views and breezes for dining over the water. For indoor dining, a large round table seats up to eight.
The lower level offers two primary bedrooms with adjoining screened patios, each offering views of the land or sea from your king-sized bed. A third bedroom has two twin beds and a private deck over the water. A primary bathroom provides a stall shower but is seldom used, as our guests prefer the private stone outdoor shower.
A short path leads you to our private stretch of beach, where the sea is warm and shallow. Pack light because we have all the extras to make your adventure memorable. Beach chairs to lounge on, coolers for cold drinks, and several sizes of life jackets. Plus, 2 SUP paddle boards, 3 kayaks, fishing poles, umbrellas, art supplies, board games, a SONOS speaker, Wonderboom travel speakers, mosquito deterrents, washer and dryer…we have thought of everything you might need!
A beach walk to Rocky Point offers a full mile of flat white sand and turquoise sea. Water activities such as diving, fishing, and boating can be arranged for you by our house manager. Masseuse, meals on North Caicos or Provo, and Island tours can all be arranged beforehand. Please let us know well in advance, as massage therapists and excursions do book up quickly.
