This modern new three bedroom town house is situated where everyone wants to be on their summer holiday, opposite Torquay Front Beach and within minutes walk to both the Gilbert & Bell Street precincts with their large selection of restaurants, cafe's & shops.

Set at the rear of a block of three residences this property is fully gated in a quiet & secure position. Sleeping six to seven people this property consists of a double bedroom downstairs with queen bed and a further queen bed upstairs with wall mounted flat screen TV and ensuite and the third bedroom, also upstairs, includes a tri-bunk (double bed with single on top).

The open plan living area downstairs has polished concrete floors and includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric appliances, dishwasher & microwave along with a dining area seating six and lounge with leather seating with a large flat screen TV & DVD player. This area is serviced by a reverse cycle A/C and also opens out to a private, sunny courtyard with further outside furniture and BBQ.

There is a main bathroom with shower & toilet downstairs and the two way ensuite upstairs also includes shower and toilet. There is a second reverse cycle A/C unit upstairs and laundry facilities are situated in the double remote controlled garage.
