3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths

Brand new turn key home located across the street from Big Platte Lake that's been newly decorated. four bedrooms with three and a half bath. A two car garage. The house is a three level home that has been decorated upscale style complete with two fireplaces, sunroom and a deck. The deck has a brand new patio set and grill. Each room has a bed (one king and two queens and two twins) and furnished linens. This is all onlooking to the beautiful sandy beaches of big Platte lake.

Amenities: The amenities include: air conditioning (with air purifier), washer and dryer, dishwasher, grill, lake access, located approx. 10 miles from Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is also Platte river canoeing down the street, however a canoe is offered for use with the home. The home is 30 minutes from Traverse City.

Activities: Canoeing, hunting, fishing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, swimming, boating, and everything for summer fun!

The local lake, Big Platte lake is directly across the street. The rental home is surrounded by peaceful nature. We are about four miles out of town. There is a picnic area about five miles down the road on Platte River where it meets Lake Michigan, We are near the sleepy bear sand dunes as well. The cherry festival is local. We also have numerous art fairs over the summer.

There is a full basement with two queen beds and a full bath. .The house includes air conditioning and purification as well as a semi private beach.There is boat access availability and the house comes with the use of three canoes.
