An Apartment within a Modern Building with a Single Bedroom and Single Bathroom.

Our apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard so that we can offer you the privacy and seclusion of your own home in the center of London.


Many of London's foremost attractions are within easy reach of the apartment, the National Gallery is at the end of our street. Many of the best shows and theatres as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants are all within easy reach of the apartment.

Covent Garden itself is at the very centre of London and is surrounded by all of London's leading attractions, together with a wide variety of restaurants, specialty shops and cultural venues. It’s central position and excellent transport links will give you the choice of activities to enjoy and venues to visit.

Within an easy stroll you can reach Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace Big Ben the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. These are but a few of London's major landmarks which are within a short distance of the apartment. Covent Garden is well provided with transport links to other parts of London and its international airports.

The apartment it's self has been designed to be lived in and used as a home and includes: An entrance hall, utility room, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen.

The modern kitchen has a gas hob, conventional oven microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils and tableware. The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer.

The main living area has a dining table and four chairs, two settees, a TV and a radio Ipod player. The apartment is also supplied with its own WiFi network.

A true pied a terre in the heart of London Theatre

My wife and I spent 7 nights in this fabulous flat. The location is especially good for a theatre goer as excellent restaurants with pre-theatre meal specials and the theatres themselves are all within walking distance. However, excellent underground and bus connections and proximity to the National Gallery, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, St. Martin's, and the British Museum make this a great location for anyone (we walked to Westminster). The apartment is well appointed with all needed dishes and pans etc. The two sofa love seats and the bed are very comfortable. The building is very quiet and the washer, dryer and dish washer make vacation a vacation! The owner is extremely cooperative and arranged to let us into the apartment very early on a Sunday morning (so nice to get that post trans-Atlantice nap!). Everything is as promised and expected. I would gladly stay there again (and hope to do so soon!)

Clean, Modern, and Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location in London

I don't even know where to begin. We stayed in this apartment in April 2015 and it was the best place we have stayed in London so far after four trips there. The location is great, exciting and full of energy. There are people on the streets all night long and it can be noisy when you have the windows open. However, they must be double paned or something, because when you close them, you can't hear anything when you close them . The apartment is modern, but also comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and there was lots of closet storage space. It's also very clean. The washer and dryer were great and allow you to pack less. The shower was very modern and roomy. I loved the TV and all the channels for our nights in. The kitchen is great too. It has everything you need and is so clean.

There are great restaurants and pubs, literally across the street. We ate at Jamie's Italian and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Bill's is a great chain restaurant in London right behind Jamie's and we enjoyed breakfast and tea there a couple of times. Theaters are right down the street and we saw a great play. There is a Marks & Spencer's and a Tesco grocery store in easy walking distance. The tub stop is right around the corner.

The only negative was that the wifi was out in the apartment when we got there. It was not the owners fault at all, but it would have been nice to have been notified of this before our arrival. We had to discover The Cloud and use wifi from the pubs and restaurants that we visited. I would have liked to have known beforehand so we could have prepared better. Otherwise, the owners were great. They are kind and attentive. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in London.

Beautiful and Modern Apt. in a Terrific Location

This apartment is the only place we want to stay when we go to London. It is modern and well-appointed with almost-new appliances. The bed is comfortable as are the living room couches. The wifi works flawlessly. The well-appointed kitchen for the occasional in-house meal is very convenient. And the washer and dryer made packing easy!

The best part is Location, Location, Location! This apartment is right next to Leicester Square. Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and numerous restaurants are a short walk away. Even more important, not more than 100 yards from the apartment is the Leicester Square underground station. In a 2 week stay we never waited more than 2-3 minutes for a train. We bought passes good for 7 days of unlimited use within the inner city, saving us lots of money. We also used the underground from and back to Heathrow for much less than a taxi or shuttle would have cost.

Check out a first-rate little restaurant called Bill’s nearby that became our go-to restaurant for a reasonably (for London) priced breakfast ($25-$30 for 2). Try the fresh mint tea or the hot chocolate with cream. Yum!

We have rented half a dozen places in our travels. This is the best one yet!

Perfect for a London Holiday

My wife and used the flat for nine days of non-stop London sightseeing in June 2014. It was perfect for us in every respect. The location was unbelievably convenient, with short walks to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, a Tesco market, and the Tube station just around the corner. The flat was like a cocoon, comfortable and well-equipped, from which we could instantly step into all the interesting, non-stop activity on the streets below. Patrick was fantastic to deal with. We'll be back - if we can find an opening in the schedule!

Once again, a perfect stay

We spent a week here in late May, which was our second visit. This time, we were in a completely renovated flat, new appliances and the bathroom was wonderful. We tried two restaurants across the street, Cantina (Mexican - very good) and Jamie's (a little noisy but great food). There are grocery and convenience stores, pubs, restaurants and theatres a very short distance from the flat. Patrick and his son (who met us there) are so very pleasant. The other reviews say it all, and yes, we will be back.

Great apartment in an ideal location!

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 week stay here and will definitely return. The apartment has a beautiful very recently renovated kitchen with new high quality appliances,and bathroom with a walk-in shower (the hairdryer is new and now there is an alarm clock). We arrived at the beginning of a holiday week-end and a tube strike,so the area was a little chaotic. I must emphasize how quiet it is inside the apartment and how secure the building is.

The bed is very comfortable and the WiFi fast. The previous reviews are all accurate so there is little to add. A tip for those who are departing from Heathrow and booking a car service: allow an extra 30 min. for your pick-up time to make up for possible delays due to traffic congestion.

Many thanks to Patrick,who is a pleasure to deal with and easily reached both before and during our stay.

If you want a very central location near restaurants, theatres and attractions,this is the place for you.
