I grew up in Philadelphia and now live in NYC. I've got two college aged kids and a dog named Lola. I am an entrepreneur and founded a business in the healthcare space about 15 years ago. I enjoy hiking, cooking and ballroom dancing. Most of all I enjoy spending time in Mattituck!
This property feels like a little slice of heaven. It is serene and happy. The view of the vineyard, and the simple lifestyle is a great counterbalance to the city. I enjoy my great neighbors and just doing nothing.
The house is adjacent to a private vineyard, so the view is magical. Built in 1925, the house maintains its quaint charm, but has been renovated to include a top of the line gourmet kitchen, fireplace and outdoor patio.
