Denise & I both work rotating shifts and thought that could be an advantage to allow us to run and operate a holiday home business.

Why Garry chose Jindalee

We had this home built in 2006 and completed in 2007. We set up the home as we would for our own personal use during the first 4 years use so you get the full package! Read our independent reviews, we are sure that you will love it too !

What makes this house unique

The home is set in the Premium Jindalee Beachside Estate on a LARGE block with In-Ground Pool , Heated Spa, Large Outdoor entertaining areas, short walks to beach, cafe's, Pub and restaurants. Perth has a lot to offer with pristine beaches and natural wonders.

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 year old son. The house is lovely and Gary was very helpful...he came along on the day we checked in and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. He came along again later in the week to make sure we were still happy campers (which we were). If the weather was a bit warmer we would have used the pool a bit more but in the cooler weather the hot tub is great (I think my Husband and son were in it every morning!). The location was great (a short stroll to the beach or shops and pub). You can also drive over to Clarkson and get the train into Perth. The trains are very regular and it only takes about 30 mins to get in. If you go on the weekend you can get a family ticket for about $10 that allows you to travel on any of the trains or underground for that day. We had a lovely cruise up the Swan river to a winery then headed up to the botanic gardens for our evening meal. We also made a number of trips to Hillarys marina, which is lovely and only about 20mins drive. We got a ferry over to Rottnest Island for the day from here and it is well worth doing (we hired bikes from the ferry company and cycled round the Island stopping at the beaches on the way round). I would also recommend a Thai restaurant in Joondalup called Kulcha (not sure if this is correct spelling!)....the food is amazing and it is quite cheap. They also let you BYO alcohol so ends up a very cheap night! All in all, we had a great stay at Brighton Beachside and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent large clean property in very good condition, about 30 minutes drive from Perth city centre and within walking distance of nice local beaches. A good choice of shops nearby for groceries, food and drinks. The owner, Garry, puts a lot of effort in to keeping the property to a very high standard, and when we had a minor problem with a tripped lighting circuit one evening he responded and fixed it within the hour. We've already booked to stay again next summer.

Fantastic house!

It's such a wonderful house with everything that you need to make a great holiday. Garry is a great guy and he take care of this house in a great way. Our son just loved the pool, jacuzzi and being close to the ocean. This was the best place we stayed in for a long time, it's clean and big, the kitchen has it all.

We stayed here for two weeks just before our wedding and would definitely recommend it. So clean everything provided so nice with the pool and jacuzzi. We had some family over on one of the weekends and the jacuzzi got a bit dirty we texted Garry (the Owner) and he came and filled it up with clean water straight away. Really good service:-) Just an amazing home the photos on the website don't do it justice its just beautiful!!

Awesome house everything you would want in a holiday home.Loved the spa and pool my girls were in it everday.Close to the beach great sunset,nice café there too.Not far from all the local attractions and trainstations.The owner gary was very helpful in showing us places to go and see..We had a fantastic time in perth,would highly recommend this place to anyone.
