Immaculate central London home, in Islington, Zone 1. A smart and beautifully decorated one bedroom, Victorian period apartment located in Barnesbury, Islington, for Short term letting, N1. Very central with great transport links on your doorstep. Within close and easy reach to all of London's key attractions, 12 minute bus ride to both Oxford circus and Camden also only 5 minutes from Kings Cross. Very convenient with tranquil sleeping arrangements and lots of home comforts.

Smartly and professionally decorated set over one floor of a converted Victorian house and maintains many period features such as sash windows, cast iron radiators, original marble fire surround and window shutters. The location is superb being just a ten minute walk from the vibrant and trendy Upper Street. The bedroom overlooks a well kept garden and is perfectly silent considering the apartments location. Very cool in the summer with back to front natural ventilation, and comfortably warm in the winter.

Benefiting from both the relaxation and comfort of a home and the buzz of vibrant Upper Street, Angel and Kings Cross and Caledonian Road only moments away the apartment is set less than 15 minutes from the bustling West End, with an eclectic mix of bars, cafes, cinemas, theaters, clubs, supermarkets, and a vast array of designer shops close at hand. Homely, clean, spacious, modern and newly furnished your stay here will be one of luxury with the benefit of being in one of London's most desirable boroughs. Oak flooring with great rugs for a comfortable stay, 32 inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service (Freeview), DVD player, iPod or iPhone speakers and docking station, fully furnished with extraordinary furniture, automatic central heating, fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge & freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, large corner L-shaped sofa in living room for additional guests (sofa bed sleeps 2 very comfortably). There is a double bed in the bedroom (sleeps 2 others), and extra bedding can be offered for people wanting to sleep separately. Bathroom with bath and shower, and storage throughout. Secure entry with intercom and renovated entrance and stairways to building. Internet, and a courtesy UK mobile phone are in the apartment ready for your use during your stay.

Transport is outside the doorstep. Caledonian Road Overground Station (Zone 1) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and all frequent bus services are only 30 seconds away. Highbury and Islington National Rail and Underground (Victoria Line) Station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment through the tree-lined picturesque Islington neighborhood of Barnsbury. St. Pancras Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 15-minute walk from the apartment and buses connect frequently from close by. Many buses to the West End and other parts of London can be found just as close.

The center is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there.

Close to all the amenities shops restaurants and bars of Caledonian Road and Upper Street and opposite the Barnesbury Library. There is also a Street Car nearby as well as cycle hire and bus stops. All the theaters and restaurants you could want, plus great shopping.

Arrival and departure:

You are welcome to arrive at anytime of day or night and a member of our team will always be there to welcome you at the apartment when you arrive. Check in is free between 2:30pm and 7pm. There is a fee of £30 for early arrivals (from 10:30am to 2:30pm) and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 7pm, £60 past 11:30pm and £100 past 1am. Where possible we will do out best to accommodate your travel plans.

Check out is free before or until 10am however, subject to availability you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40. This must be arranged with us in advance. If you would like to keep the apartment later than this, talk to us and we'll do our best to help! :)

appartement tres bien situé

appartement très bien situé , bien desservi par les transports en commun (bus ou métro).Facilité pour faire les courses, un supermarché est très proche.

Trés propre et conforme à la description faite sur l'annonce

Cependant matériel de cuisine sommaire, il serait bon d'ajouter casseroles ,par contre trés bien équipé lave -vaisselle, bouilloire électrique, micro onde, four etc.

Petit bémol la chaudière est située dans un placard dans la chambre, ce qui fait du bruit mais le chauffage est programmé pour être arrêté aux environs de 22h et se remet en route à 6h1/2 du matin donc vous êtes réveillé.Cet inconvénient ne vaut que l'hiver

J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommanderai cet appartement à un ami . Clive est très accueillant et parle aussi français ce qui arrange les choses
