I must compliment you on your home in Florida , we found it to be excellent and perfectly suited to our needs , you have decorated the place wonderfully and the house is so modern , the view of the golf course was also a great feature and the pool got sun all day .

We will definitely be looking to return at some stage in the future !

We’re halfway through our time here at your lovely home in Davenport, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodation!!!

We were so impressed with your home right from the first night when we arrived – everything was spotless and impeccably clean – easily the cleanest and best kept home that we’ve stayed in during our 3 trips to the Orlando area. Great décor and furnishings too…It felt like we were walking into a model home!

Our 3 boys have loved your pool and hot tub (they’re swimming in it right now, actually), and my wife and I love the peace and serenity of backing onto the golf course, and the stunning views as we watch the sun set each night! We’ve taken a drive around the Highlands Reserve subdivision, and I think that you did a great job in picking this particular location – great views, no neighbours behind, southwest exposure for the pool, and more! If I were to buy here, I’d certainly want to find something like this with similar location attributes!

I love having the office (I am still ‘working’ a little bit while I’m down here – so it’s nice having a quiet space to get things done.), and my boys all love having their own rooms with TV’s…The layout of your villa is great too, but we’re are most enjoying either in the pool, on the patio, in the kitchen, or relaxing on your comfortable couches in the family room together.

We keep this villa in pristine condition and visit Florida regularly to use it. The private pool is enclosed with a lanai and faces SW overlooking the 5th green and 6th teebox but is far enough away that it also offers privacy and no homes behind. Just a few minutes walk to grocery, restaurants and community park and pool with tennis courts and playground.
