We were two families consisting of 10 total (4 being children under the age of 6) and the home was just right for our needs. We visit Scottsdale often, so I knew the area where the home was located prior to renting. In addition, I used Google maps to scan the neighborhood prior to renting. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to shopping centers and restaurants. It was clean, nicely remodeled and the layout of the rooms was ideal for our families' sleeping situation (parents in one room, kids in the adjacent room). Although the pool was not heated, it was the perfect temp given the 100+ degree weather. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids and us adults in the evenings. There is a tree that provides shade in the backyard, but it is too close to the pool and should be trimmed or cut down so the guests don’t need to clean the leaves from the pool on a daily basis. The house has enough space to accommodate many guests at one time, so I recommend the owner provide more kitchen supplies for guests. When we had questions regarding the home, our call was promptly and politely answered or returned by the property manager.
