Shabby house, poorly finished, cheap vinyl sofas, exposed wires, junk car in garage....

We have stayed in Scottsdale for the past 10 years, and rented a nice home each year. This is the first negative review I've ever posted on VRBO, and this house wholeheartedly deserves the following review:
Immediately, we walked in and noticed it has an, 'old house smell.' This is located in the worst part of the Kierland neighborhood, a $250,000 home, and the neighbors literally have a junk yard in their yard, completely visible from the front, upstairs, and back yard of this house.
Once inside, instantly noticeable are the vinyl sofas. Walk into the TV room, there are exposed electrical wires, a small vinyl couch, good for 3 small people, or 2 couples to cuddle closely. In this 'Entertainers Delight," there is no stereo. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are sub-Home Depot equipment, and fully 50% of them don't actually close.
Upstairs, the original 1980's oak cabinets were once painted white, then hastily painted brown, then closed before the paint dried. Now, there are big white spots all over where the paint has peeled off.
The original oxidized, deteriorating aluminum windows have mold, which accounts for the smell of the home. The spotty, dirty, grey/white/brown faded out spa fits two small people, or a few kids. Clearly it has deferred maintenance, and likely has original 1980's electrical setup, which didn't work for us. We requested twice to have it turned on, and it was not.
There was no propane in either tank, for the outside heater, nor the BBQ. We went and had one filled. There are exposed wires sticking out of nearly every wall in the home, inside and out, so at one point, there might have been a stereo.
Finally, in the garage, an absolutely filthy old car, which takes up 55% of the small 2-car garage. Touched passing by, and I had to change my shirt, it is that dirty!
I have photos of everything claimed here, and while it may seem insane, like the most disappointing home on VRBO, it is indeed as described, and incredibly disappointing.
The home has great photos on VRBO, but in person, this home is the single biggest letdown in the 50+ homes we have rented through VRBO.
There is one bright spot on this home: It was nicely landscaped, with the exception of the potted plants, which were mostly dead, or just dirt.
