A group of us met up here to run the Pacific Crest 1/2 Marathon. The Bear Hut was PERFECT!
We loved the homey feel, the grill, and how close it was to all of the festivities. We want to make it an annual event! Thanks for such a great place to meet up for a weekend!
We live in California and enjoy our property for several weeks in the summer and for a week or two in the winter. It is a quiet and restful location but close to everything.
For many years we visited relatives who owned homes near Sunriver and fell in love with the area. We decided to invest in a home so we could continue to spend vacations in one of our favorite places.
We love our home because it is very quiet and surrounded by Ponderosa pines and Aspen trees. It is just minutes from all the great activities in the area yet away from the crowds. The large driveway is perfect for parking boats, RVs, and other toys. We enjoy the porch for barbecuing, dining and just relaxing. Jump on the bikes and ride to the bike trails in the Sunriver Resort or ride down for a swim in the Deschutes River. River access is only a few minutes away.
