This fully renovated, tastefully decorated condo in the desert provides a wonderful experience in a warm & inviting home away from home that sleeps 6 . This quiet end unit has a spectacular view of the golf course & palm trees with the mountains providing a great backdrop. This home includes new kitchen & bathrooms w/granite counter tops, new tile flooring & deep pile carpets in the bedrooms.

The well-equipped kitchen with a large window overlooking the golf course comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas top range, waffle maker, toaster oven, grinder for your Starbucks beans and blender to make your favorite drink. Relax on the back patio after barbecuing on the Weber barbecue and enjoy the breathtaking view of palm trees and mountains in the background. The patio has wonderful south facing exposure overlooking the 6th hole of the east course. The pool and hot tub are just a short walk out the door.

Enjoy watching a movie on the large flat screen wall-mounted HDTV located just above the fireplace while sitting comfortably on stylish cream leather couches in the living room.

The master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the den acts as a third bedroom with a flat screen TV and a queen pullout couch with a memory foam topper for added comfort. The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

With Monterey Country Club’s excellent central location, all your favorite shops and restaurants are just a short drive including the famous El Paseo for the supreme shopping experience. The well known College of the Desert weekend fair on Monterey is just a couple of blocks down the road - an experience not to be missed. The Palm Springs airport is only a 25 minute drive as is the Thursday night street fair in Palm Springs – a fun extravaganza that’s well worth visiting.

Beautiful condo & location

We had a wonderful & very peaceful stay & absolutely loved everything about this well maintained and nicely decorated condo. The beds & sofas were so very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking & entertaining. We can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. The view of golf course from the patio, living area & kitchen is beautiful and gated community is very quiet & friendly. We liked that this condo is close to shopping & centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go in & around the greater desert community. Everything worked perfectly . No problems. We would definitely recommend this place to friends & would stay here again. Thank you Lori for renting out your place for others… like us.. to enjoy!

Great Stay!

We are a retired couple and this condo worked well for us. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It was a pleasure to work with Lori and we would love to come back.

Beautiful condo

It doesn't get better than this. Beautifully appointed and so comfortable at the same time, plus the views from the patio are spectacular. We want to come back again but next time stay for at least a month or two. It has everything you could possibly need and Lori was such a pleasure to work with.

Owning a home in Palm Desert has been a dream of ours for many years and we are thrilled to now be a part of Monterey Country Club. The 24 hr. security staff at the gate are always there with a wave and a smile and provide a welcomed sense of safety. We look forward to many years at our condo and look forward to sharing it with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because we had stayed at a condo in Monterey Country Club previously and thoroughly enjoyed the view and the beautiful surroundings. We wanted a central location in the valley that gave us close proximity to everything the desert has to offer. The location of our condo in Monterey a Country Club is far enough away from the main drag of Monterey that there is no sound of traffic whatsoever.

What makes this property unique

Nothing equals the relaxing experience of lounging on the patio watching golfers go by, with a gorgeous view of palm trees and mountains in the background! We wanted an end unit which provides more daylight & windows as well as privacy. We also wanted to be south facing to give us the best view & sun.
