This clean, modern oceanfront house has full ocean and beach views from both floors and private beach access. Many amenities are supplied to minimize your packing requirements to help provide a stress-free, relaxing week overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is located in the quiet, less populated southern part of the island but is still less than a quarter mile from the Beach Haven border. This provides easy access to evening entertainment since Beach Haven borough is home to the island's only amusement park, a play theater, two shopping villages, and many restaurants. The house has living areas on both floors and ample on-property parking.

In perfect condition post-Sandy, beautiful and clean

Four of us, two couples, spent another delightful month in Tom and Allison's house. After last year's visit, we couldn't wait to come back. The two living spaces were perfect for two families and even accommodated a week with three boy cousins, all three years old. The weather was cold and snowy with a few nor'easters in March, but we felt cozy and secure in this well-built house. Super storm Sandy left it untouched -- we saw absolutely no damage. Tom makes sure everything is super clean and well stocked and immediately takes care of anything that needs repair. I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental and its owners.

The best rental

My husband and I have rented homes on LBI for the past 30 years and this one is the best by far!!!!! It was wonderful having 2 decks, both with fabulous ocean views. Even though we had 3 days of rainy, damp weather, I was able to sit on the partially covered lower deck to read and enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and I was pleasantly surprised to find a large pot for cooking pasta and clams. The home was spotless and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. The owners, Tom and Allison, were very responsive when we had a problem with the wi-fi signal;. It was taken care of immediately! I am looking forward to renting this property again. hank you, Tom and Allison, for renting your beautiful ocean front home.

Stunning and clean

This house in Holgate is beautifully decorated and appointed and absolutely spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a wonderful month here, cooking local seafood every night. With the ocean views, we felt like we were in the best restaurant in town! The quality of the pots and pans is superb, and an ample supply of flatware and dishes plus a generously sized table easily handle a crowd. The layout of the house provides two living spaces, each with two bedrooms and a full bath on separate floors. Perfect for extended families with young children. The area is much quieter than Brant Beach, where we've gone many times before, and is our new favorite place. As an added bonus, the owners are delightful.

Great Beachfront Access and Waterfront Views

We stayed here with friends and young children for a long holiday weekend and had the most relaxing time. The home is immaculate and looks exactly like the photographs. It is open and airy and comes fully equipped with great amenities. The beachfront access is addicting -- listening to the sound of the ocean all day and night and the perfect views from both floors make this a perfect relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this home and location.
