Beautiful Lakefront 6BR 4 Bath Contemporary Retreat

This 3,400 sf 6 BR 4 bath vacation home on the west shore of Clear Lake has it all! This home is a wonderful place to vacation, and comfortably sleeps 12.

Updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances overlooks the lake. The outdoor gas grill is perfect for the vacation chef!

Enjoy the screened in porch with dining table that seats 12 and two lounge chairs, or relax in the hammock or 2-person swing next to the beach.

The beach has a wonderful firm sand bottom - great for small children who like to wade in shallow water. Our private dock has space to moor your boat, and we offer free use of kayaks, stand up paddle board and fire pit. We even have a sandy area for children to play right by the lake shore.

Clear Lake is a great lake for skiing, tubing, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, sunbathing or just relaxing. Close proximity to Fort Wayne, South Bend, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Toledo, and Cedar Point. If you want to map it, the address is 168 West Lake Drive, Fremont, Indiana 46737.

This three level retreat has a comfortable combined living room/dining room off the kitchen on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms, one full bath, and the washer/dryer. The upper level has 4 bedrooms…one with sliding glass doors that open to the lakefront. There are three full baths on the second floor. The finished lower level has a game table, extra refrigerator, TV, DVD, VCR, and a walkout to the lake.

This year round vacation home is fully equipped and ready for you to relax.

Stunning views, clean, beautiful home, can't wait to return!

Our trip to Clear Lake was unforgettable! The views are unbelievable, the water clear and inviting, and the home very beautiful and comfortable. I will never forget the fun we had playing Nutzy on the beach with Great Aunt Lewellen while the kids played in the water!! We used the variety of inflatables and rafts and spent many hours playing in the perfect lake. This is a place where memories are made. We will definitely return again.

The Perfect Getaway Spot

Our summer stay at this lake house was perfect. The home is right on the water, with a great screened-in porch and small sandy beach in the front to dine or relax outside. There's also a hammock, swing, and dock onto the Lake-- where we spent most of our time! The Lake itself is gorgeous-- crystal clear water that's easily swimmable (not too cold). The house itself was also great. Everything was functional and comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It felt like we were staying in a friend's house (one who is very prepared and very clean!). There was enough space to have a big dinner with our entire group, or spread out if we all wanted to do different things (some read a book on the couch, some played the games provided at the home, some watched a movie in the cool daylight basement living room). Having four bedrooms was also great, and we were all very happy with the comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, supplies that we needed... and with a lakefront view, we didn't mind cooking! We didn't have to worry about a thing while staying. We just showed up and brought our bathing suits, and had a wonderful vacation. It was easy, relaxing, comfortable, and we will definitely be coming back again!
