Upscale beautifully appointed Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6, 1712 Sq Ft

This luxury, executive style, air-conditioned, family villa is located in Calabay Parc, Davenport, less than 20 minutes from Disney and close to all the other attractions. There is a variety of restaurants & wonderful shopping just a few minutes from the villa.

Outdoors - Relax in our beautiful private pool with comfortable seating and crystal blue water. The pool has a very efficient gas heater and a solar blanket. The pool area has a child safety gate around the pool. The area is nicely landscaped and has a large lanai.

Indoors - You will find 3 exquisite bedrooms which sleep 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has just been enhanced with a luxurious king sized suite, new window blinds, modern ceiling fan and lovely bed linens. The second bedroom has a queen set with a gorgeous new padded headboard with metal studs and the third 2 twins with new window treatments. All bedrooms have flat screened tv sets. Our home is equipped with the latest gaming consoles, printer and WIFI. The LED TV has all Cable Channels. The great room has comfortable seating and privacy blinds on every window. Large sliding doors lead to the lanai and pool area where you will find a table & chairs under the lanai. with two sun loungers beside the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel major and a variety of minor appliances. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

The games room in the garage boasts a new pool table, foosball & air hockey for kids of all ages,

Calabay Parc is a very sought after vacation retreat where you will find quiet luxury after a busy day out in the Florida sunshine. The community is safe and quiet with lovely winding roads and a children's playground.

    The closest beach is Cocoa Beach which is about an hour from the house. It is a beautiful, white sandy beach and stretches a long distance. It is on the Atlantic side of the state. Not far from Cocoa Beach is Cape Canaveral. On the Gulf side there are beaches near Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete's etc. These beaches are also beautiful and there is lots to do down this coast. These beaches are a little more than an hour from the Davenport area too.

SPRING BREAK

We came to Florida for spring break and had such a great time. We really enjoyed our stay here at the villa.It was so nice and relaxing. The nighboorhood is very quiet and people are very nice. The house was so beautiful and more than imagined. It was filled with everything I needed which made it easier because all I needed to bring was ourselves and food. Everything else was provided. It had so many fun things to do. We enjoyed the game room and loved sitting on the back patio while enjoying the nice pool. I also loved the hospitality that morg has givin to me while helping me with my stay. She is a very caring women and also willing to help in anyway. I am so pleased with my stay that we are planning to go back again next year. This is a great place to take your family and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family time.

Our family came here for spring break and we had a wonderful time. The house is so beautiful and very clean. It is nice having everything provided for our use because it made it easier to pack for our trip. We didn't need sheets, dishes or anything exept ourselves, clothes and our own food. The property itself is amazing.So beautiful and a great neighborhood for your family to stay. It was very safe and such a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Never have I gone to a place where I have felt so at home. Morg is a wonderful lady and is very caring for her tenets. It was nice having people check on you to see how things are going and how was my stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to go on vacation. In fact my family is planning another vacation to florida and would so love this house again. This place is defenetly a home away from home place. Loved it and would love to go again!!!!

A great holiday home

Just returned from a great week at your wonderful villa.
We were a family of 5 adults and we all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves in your large, light and air conditioned home.
The pool had plenty of use both in the morning and evenings when we returned from our days out. The pool is well maintained and has a full range of patio furniture of a very high standard.
All the upgraded facilities and furniture are great, the ‘boys’ enjoyed the games room, the girls the spacious bathrooms and pool area.
Morag was extremely helpful and informative from our initial enquiry, keeping us updated before our arrival, to even contacting us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect for our holiday.
The villa is a great base, ideally located within an easy 20 mins drive of Disney and 5 mins from a range of supermarkets and restaurants.
Calabay Parc is a well-maintained and quiet area with friendly neighbours.
We would love to return to this villa again.

Your pictures simply did not do justice to the house. It is absolutely perfect. What a beautiful job you did in creating a place that is so charming and comfortable and welcoming, while still offering such elegance and space. Kudos!

Super Excellent Experience at this Villa! We come to Florida twice a year and have stayed at other villas. We've had good ones and we've had bad ones. This one is a good one and one of the best!
Exceptionally clean. Very well maintained.
Lots of extras, such as XBox, PS3, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball, Samsung Large HDTV.
Kitchen had everything needed, such as pots, pans, dishes--plastice and glass, gadgets. Lots of counterspace.
Great neighborhood. Close to Target at I4. Publix down the street on Hwy 27.
Close to Disney--Take I4 through Championsgate, only 20 min.
Pool was beautiful! Lots of privacy. Privacy fence behind pool. Rarely heard any neighbors, even though they were there.
Master bedroom was unbelievable. New bed, super comfy. Ceiling Fan in bedroom was awesome!
Master bathroom was HUGE!
Pictures don't do it justice! Very, very happy with experience and will definitely book again.
