Villa Sirenetta (The Mermaid) is a spacious 3 bedroom villa nestled in the secluded & lush hillside of the prestigious Belmont Estate in Tortola’s West End. From the expansive balconies of Sirenetta, you’ll enjoy the best of outdoor living w/breathtaking sea views of Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay. The white sand beaches off Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove lie just below. Look for the flamingos that inhabit Belmont Pond, a protected natural wildlife preserve and the great palms of Palm Grove. Beaches: Smugglers Cove & Long Bay Beach (5 min drive—less than 2 km) or 15 min walk. Apple Bay & Cane Garden Bay are a short drive away. Soper's Hole marina, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes of the villa.

4-wheel drive vehicle recommended to reach the property.

The lower level pool decks include a covered poolside alfresco dining area, barbecue grill, kitchenette complete w/wet bar, gas range & refrigerator. There’s a lower level half bathroom & a convenient private outdoor shower. Chaise lounges line the pool's sun decks, perfect for working on your island tan. Across the pool deck there’s the 3rd bedroom w/private air conditioned sitting room, TV/DVD. This bedroom opens out to a covered seaward veranda that connects back to the pool deck. This is a non-smoking home. Private Chef Service available. Villa can be stocked w/groceries & beverages prior to your arrival.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Where to begin? We just returned from a weeklong vacation in Tortola. I've been to the island before, but this was my first stay at Villa Sirenetta. The photos of the villa (and views) simply do not do it justice. My friends and I were blown away as Sylvia took us from room to room, making sure we had everything we need. Over the course of the week, we visited Long Bay and Smuggler's Cove; took a chartered boat from Soper's Hole marina and went snorkeling at Norman Island & The Indians; and dined at Sugar Mill, Sebastian's and Capriccio di Mare. Though, between the fully-equipped kitchen and the breathtaking views from the veranda, there wasn't much need to venture out for meals. We felt completely at home, though little touches like champagne upon arrival and bathrobes added that something extra to remind us that we were, in fact, enjoying a fabulous vacation. Thank you, Leanne, for your help in planning our vacation and opening your home to us. And thanks to Sylvia as well for making us feel welcome. I'm already making plans for next year!

Wonderful Holiday Break

We were very fortunate to spend Christmas week at Villa Sirenetta. Pictures and descriptions of the property led us to book for a week and we were not disappointed. The owner and the local staff ensured everything was in order. Recommendations for local activities, car rental and restaurants were provided. Tortolla is an amazing island and Villa Sirenetta was the perfect spot for us. Villa was spotless. Long Bay Beach was right down the hill from the property, and we enjoyed some rum punches with Nature Boy. Bomba's Shack Full Moon Party was one of our many highlights, which also included a day sail to Jost and a trip to Virgin Gorda. We would definitely recommed the property!

Ultimate vacation rental

Beautiful villa with every amenity you would ever need. We have stayed in some pretty amazing places but this villa is one of the best. Matched the description perfectly. We loved the privacy and simplicity of the island. The owner outdid herself on this one and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Property manager Sylvia was great and really, we wanted for nothing.
Smuggler's Cove was our favorite beach. Next time we will have snorkeling gear with us. Our favorite places to eat were Myett's, Sugar Mill and Sebastions. The ferry system is amazing and we took a ferry to Virgin Gorda one of the days. We always feel at home in the Caribbean and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your Villa.

Spring Break At Villa Sirenetta

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week at Villa Sirenetta. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Leanne was incredibly helpful answering our questions and arranging the car rental for our vacation. Sylvia was so friendly and made us very comfortable when we arrived at the Villa. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked in a couple of nights. The view is amazing. We loved starting our day with breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay. The Villa is a short drive from Sumugglers Cove, which quickly became our favorite beach. We also went to Long Bay and Cane Garden Bay. We took the ferry to Virgin Gorda for a trip to the Baths and took a boat trip which included snorkeling at Great Thatch and several stops at Jost Van Dyke, including a trip to the Soggy Dollar Bar. We also enjoyed relaxing on the sun decks at the Villa. We all agreed this was our best spring break ever and we hope to return.

Thank you Leanne and Sylvia for making our family vacation so relaxing. Leanne guided us through all of our travel arrangements (flight, ferry, car & boat rental). Sylvia greeted us with open arms and gave us a thorough tour of the beautiful, clean and well equipped Villa Sirenetta. My family is looking forward to a return trip to Tortola and this lovely property.
