Your living and dining room open on to a spacious balcony and your kitchen comes complete with everything you’ll need to prepare simple meals.
The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two Twins and access to the 2nd full bath. Amenities include cable TV, wireless internet and a washer and dryer.
One of the nicest condominium complexes on the Gulf coast, Emerald Isle Resort and Condominiums boasts covered Parking, a gorgeous pool, a sauna, 2 hot tubs, a steam room, and an exercise room. There's even a pool pavilion with barbecue grills.
Panama City Beach is renowned for its world class white sand beaches and emerald water. It is a destination of choice for sports fishing, snorkeling and scuba. Numerous restaurants serve every taste, from barefoot beach bars to fine dining. There are several exceptional golf courses in the area as well as a number of area attractions, including water parks, miniature golf, Ripley’s Believe it or Not and wildlife encounters. Pier Park, a fabulous shopping and dining mecca, is located near your condo (just 4 minutes away), and The Silver Sands Premium Outlet Center is 40 minutes away.

Panama Paradise is located at 17545 Front Beach Road, Unit 1304, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Prices include everything except lodgings tax, a house cleaning fee of $150 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, and starter amenities, to include: toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps and shampoos. There is also a small amount of laundry detergent and dish washer soap.

I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.
I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.
Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. 'Simple' I said, 'treat every customer like family.'
The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. We have a full maintenance department that do their best to address any maintenance concerns quickly.

I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?
World class golf is available in spades. Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's 'places to play' for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.
Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. It�������������������������������������������s hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!
Great condo and facility. Emerald Isle is well maintained. The four elevators were fabulous with very little wait time. There's really not much of anything negative to say about it. We were very pleased. The Relax on the Beach team were pleasant and helpful. Will absolutely stay again in a Relax on the Beach home! Recommendations for future guests:Restaurants we loved were Uncle Ernie's in Panama City and Firefly in Panama City Beach. Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar was conveniently across the street and the food was good.
Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and very convenient to shopping. Climate for late Feb. - early March is great for golfing....walking on the beach, and watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Condo was comfortable and well maintained. Grounds surrounding the building were well maintained. The covered parking was a real plus. All questions or concerns were addressed in a very pleasant, professional manner....I would recommend this condo to all of my family and friends. I would recommend Salty Sue's for great BARBQ and the diner just across the street from the condo. We can't wait to return for a longer stay at Panama Paradise.
Great place to stay! Amazing view right on the beach and building staff is friendly and helpful. Deposit was immediately refunded and you won't run out of things to do in this area!
