SET IN THE BEAUTIFUL BELLAVIDA RESORT WITH OWN SOUTH WEST FACING POOL

Had and absolutely fantastic visit to Orlando which was made all the more special by Phil and Sue's Villa. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and the accommodation provided on Bellavida really added to my special occasion. we have stayed on Bellavida before with a larger party. This Villa was a great size and very comfortable for the 5 of us but could easily have accommodated more. The villa was ideally located for our adventures around the theme parks and was great to relax in when we returned and with the numerous restaurants close at hand on the 192 we were never far from a great meal. The communal Pool and club house was great for a days relaxation when we decided not to venture far and the pool attached to the house was great for cooling down in at night when we returned home from a tiring day. I would recommend this home to anyone, it was fantastic and ensured that out stay in Orlando was like a home from home ( with sunshine) which we are not used to in Scotland. When returning again we will definitely seek out this villa for our stay.

This is a very beautiful home within a gated community located on a corner lot so there is more privacy. We have rented homes previously from various local agencies and the added space around the property was especially nice. There are no homes directly behind this one either which was also nice. The home itself is beautifully decorated and furnishings throughout are of quality and style. Everything you need is located within the home and it is very well stocked with all appliances. There is a games room which is well equipped and a nicer pool table than previous homes we have stayed in. The swimming pool is great and was very clean. One thing I especially liked was that I did not see one red ant while we were staying there which had been present at another home we had previously stayed in anytime we were outside by the pool. No ants here ! Not even one !

The owners of this property keep great contact with us before , during and after our stay. This was especially nice and a reason I would have no problem whatsoever in booking with them again in the future. At anytime that I sent an e-mail my questions or concerns were immediately answered. This alone was a major selling point for me. There were many little extras in this home. Many books to choose from and read , information binders about the area, guest comment book etc. It is very easy to see that it is a family cared for home.

This home is centrally located and close to all parks and shopping areas. There are many great dining ares very nearby and it is located right next door to a Super Walmart so one stop shopping for simple items is right at your back door.

Checking in and out was a simple process and directions were very clearly given. I give this home an excellent recommendation. You will not want for anything while you are there.

This villa was the best one we have stayed in yet everything you needed and more. The pool was the best bit what a great size and made full use of it too would love to return back to this villa in 2014 thanks for letting us share your amazing villa
