About John Dingman
We purchased this property over 25 years ago; developed it ourselves and raised our children here. We built our new home in 1997, just before moving overseas. This property is so peaceful and relaxing. We have no better vacation destination than returning home to the property we love.
John Dingman purchased this house in 2007
Why John Dingman chose Freeland
We decided to start Harbor Hideaway because we can schedule our own time at our home and it is ready for our arrival. We enjoy the opportunity to share our home and show-off the wonderful lifestyle we have created. The perfect vacation for us is being at Harbor Hideaway, sharing with our friends and family.
What makes this house unique
My best time is getting up early, sitting on the porch with the morning brew in my hand, watching the sun rise and the wild life starting their day. There is nothing more enjoyable than the peace and serenity as you view deer, raccoons, rabbits, eagles, seals and even the occasional whale. I have no doubts that I will be greeted in the morning, by one or more of the many animals nature has created. I will always see something to remind me why I love this property so much.
