About Philip Green
Philip and Derek are in the travel business and often make trips to London for business and cultural events. We decided to buy our own place in central London and to rent it to others when we are not using it. We use it about three or four times a year. We needed a home that was secure and easy to look after with 24 hour 'front desk' service so we could come and go at any time of day or night.

Why Philip Green chose City of London Financial District
This flat was new in 1999 and finished to a high standard. It has wonderful views of the city of London. It is next to Old Street Tube station on the Northern line and has excellent bus services from outside the front door. We never bring a car to London as it is too congested, so easy public transport was important to us. The location is within a short walk of dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pubs and coffee bars and is close to the trendy night time areas of Clerkenwell, Hoxton and Shoreditch.
