Our spacious one bedroom, art deco flat with tall ceilings is situated in a private, gated, residential neighborhood with permitted on-street parking available only to residents and their guests. Located on the 6th floor with a recently updated, reliable lift, our apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 persons but suitable for 3 or 4 quiet close friends or family.
So, come take in the spectacular view and laughter of the gulls from your own balcony while enjoying your morning café and petit déjeuner or before dîner as you sip your apéritifs and watch the coucher de soleil into the Mediterranean.
We’re also able to offer services beyond housekeeping and on-call assistance for the apartment, thanks to the superior management of Sandra Lenk, at a reasonable cost to you. For help finding your way in Nice or beyond, she’ll be happy to take you on guided tours or provide recommendations from the practical such as buying prepaid mobile phones to historic destinations. She’s also willing to lend a hand negotiating the local transportation by taking the bus or tram with you or, if you prefer, on-foot. If cooking is your thing, Sandra can arrange “french cuisine” classes including everything from menu selection and shopping for ingredients to instruction preparing your meal in our apartment.

Guestbook comments from the owner
"We really enjoyed our stay @ the apartment in Nice. The view is spectacular -- the sunset, the boats, the helicopter shuttles to Monaco, the fireworks from Cannes. The location was great for exploring Nice and very easy access by bus to Monaco. With the extreme hot weather, we mostly visited the beaches! We went "canyoning" with http://www.altitude06.com/ For an extra fee, the tour co offered a shuttle to/from the canyon which was well worth it to avoid having to rent a vehicle and drive through the area! The extra space in the apartment was perfect timing as we had caught a bug and needed some time to rest, relax and recover."
We live in rural Vermont with our three beautiful children, but also have a real sense of place and connection with Nice. Scott is the sole-proprietor of a modest home building and remodeling company; Olivia is an artist, recently having gone back to work after ten years at home raising the kids...
This vintage 1920s apartment has been in my family for fifty years, and has been owned by my parents, grandparents, most recently my uncle and as of the summer 2009, it is now ours. We use this enchanting apartment when we can, and share it with our French relatives from time to time. We welcome your impressions, thoughts and ideas...
