NEW Pre-Entry Room....when you return home from your adventures, you can easily remove and store all your gear and outerwear in the new attached entryway before you enter the house. The property is located on a quiet side street in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, located on Buffalo Mountain. The property is a duplex and has its own private entrance with easy access (no steps). Surrounded by Aspen trees, this home has an updated interior with native wood accents, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large common area as well as 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is a loft with a Queen size bed and a private balcony, a kid-friendly room with 2 twin beds and a full bath. Downstairs is a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath. The large common room includes an oak dining table & seating for 6, 2 bar stools, kitchen & pantry, Washer/Dryer, Fireplace, comfy sofa and love seat, plus Wireless Internet, one HDTV, game console, stereo, blu-ray player. Parking for two to three cars. No street parking.

RENTER'S STORAGE AREA: The unit has been impeccably maintained and has updated amenities: an adjoining renter's storage shed for skis, suitcases, bikes, summer sports gear, et cetera.

Fabulous for a family. We will be back!

We have two young toddlers and having the "stuff" to manage kids safely is important to us. The gate to keep our one year old from climbing the stairs was easy to use and worked perfectly. The high chair was of high quality as was the pack n play. Kids loved the puzzles the duplo Lego sets.

We have rented many homes in the past and this one gets an A+ for cleanliness and quality. Hooray for soft towels, enough dish towels, sharp knives in the kitchen and having everything work.

The location of this home is stellar. We enjoyed the lily pad lake trail and the waterfall trail...just minutes away.

Jeff was so easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. Next time we are going to stay longer. We were sad to leave.

Perfect front range vacation headquarters

The townhouse is in a great central location - a short drive from I-70 , convenient to Frisco and Dillon, and a short drive to 4 great ski resorts: A-basin, Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge.

Inside it's roomy and immaculate with very comfortable beds and a nice family room with a fireplace and an entertainment center (TV, stereo, video games, and movies on demand). There is a nice deck outside and since it's a stand alone house, not a condo, it was very quiet and private at night.

I look forward to staying in Jeff's place again the next time I am in the CO mountains!

Nicely appointed unit

The twin home was nicely appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to make just about anything. Spaces were big enough for our family of five adults without tripping over each other. Driveway navigation a little dicey, but it was the depth of winter.

Great 3 bedroom condo in Summit County

This condo is the best equipped that I have ever rented. The kitchen has everything!! The TV/entertainment center is loaded with options. Very clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient location. In unit washer/dryer comes in handy. The owner, Jeff, was very helpful and accessible. He stopped by to welcome us the day we arrived.

Great find!

We just stayed here this past weekend. We have been trying to find a place for the last 3 years that works. My husband is a paraplegic but can walk with canes - but very labored and needs assistance. Whenever we go to CO it is hard to find any place to stay that is accessible for him, as stairs are nearly impossible. This was the first time we have found a place that worked for him! They have hand rails out front - a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and safety bars in the bathroom. While a wheelchair would be hard to move around (bathroom doors too narrow to fit in) - for someone with ability to walk around a bit - even if labored or balance challenged - it was the best we have found yet. Thanks guys - we had a great trip!

Within minutes there are grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, rental shops for sports equipment, ski resorts, streams for fishing, a golf course, movie theater, recreation center with pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, an outlet shopping mall, and much, much more.

Please note that Northside Circle is the same road as CO Rd 1267, and Wildernest Rd is the same as Ryan Gulch Rd.

Other Activities: skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, fishing, golfing, kayaking, wildlife viewing, shopping, hiking. Colorado, and especially Summit County, has everything to offer for mountain outdoor sports in Winter and Summer and it is paradise for bike riders, whether along a stream, up hill, or around Dillon Lake. We are known for having ideal conditions for mountain bikers, with endless biking trails for all levels!

Golf: There are multiple golf courses in the immediate vicinity: Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail to name just a few. Denver has more than 80 Golf courses and is just an hour away.

Ski: Summit County has the highest density of ski areas in the Rocky Mountains. The house is located centrally and the following ski area can be reached in less than 30 minutes: Loveland Pass, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek. Also within easy driving distance: Winter Park, Ski Cooper, and Sol Vista. Steamboat Springs, Aspen and Snowmass are about 2 hours away.
