The large common room includes an oak dining table & seating for 6, 2 bar stools, kitchen & pantry, Washer/Dryer, Fireplace, comfy sofa and love seat, plus Wireless Internet, HDTV, game console, stereo, blu-ray player. Parking for two to three cars. No street parking.
RENTER'S STORAGE AREA: The unit has been impeccably maintained and has updated amenities: an adjoining renter's storage shed for skis, suitcases, bikes, summer sports gear, et cetera.
