The Villa Côté Mer is a stunning, brand new property, overlooking this uncommon and magical bay, and with a direct and private access to the ocean, where kayaks are at your disposal (they are private and included in the rental).

It is more than ideal for family holidays, as there is so much to do from the Villa: swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, island hopping (Little Key and the famous Pinel Island where restaurants and beach chairs await you!), kitesurfing and much more!
Oh, and did we mention you can walk on the water? The wide sand bank of the bay makes it a perfect spot to tie your kayak on a mooring and snorkel from!

The property itself has been built, designed, prepared and managed to be the perfect holiday house: it is fully equipped, everything is included and nothing misses, from the beach towels to the hair dryers.

At 1KM from the Villa, you will find a brand new Supermarket, restaurants and shops!
At only a few minutes, you will get to Anse Marcel Beach, Orient Beach (great beach restaurants and nightlife), and the gastronomic village on Grand Case Beach.

Philipsburg, the capital city of the dutch side is at 15min by car, and is famous for its shopping and duty free.

Best Villa Ever

I don't know where to begin. My family had the best holiday ever. Dominique, Audrey, and even Michael who Dominique suggested for the car rental were all amazing! The villa is so clean, incredible views, very safe, and loved the location. We travel around the world, and have very high standards, and I could not recommend this villa enough. Truly the best Villa ever! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality...

Paradise SXM

I rented the Villa Cote Mer for a family gathering, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The villa and garden are actually bigger than it seemed on the pictures, it was a pleasant surprise. We used the kayaks every day, and also went snorkeling in the bay (we spotted many turtles!). The snorkeling equipment and kayaks are provided, and we could access the water right from the bottom of the villa, which was very convenient. The location was actually really ideal, since it was very quiet, but also only a couple of miles from main attractions and shops. The bedrooms are perfect for a family, or for 3 couples, but we were actually 7 and Nina was able to add a single bed in one of the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we used the outdoor grill almost every day. I highly recommend taking any and all of Nina's recommendations - she knows all the right places and activities - all of them were fantastic. The linen, towels, beach towels, and all equipment were perfect and seemed brand new. The house was impeccable, and the housekeeping team very friendly. The whole villa's team is very professional, and responds quick, if not instantly, to any requests. We will be back next year!

Absolutely wonderful villa!!

Property manager, Nina, is very attentive & helpful. She will help with any issues and even arranged a private nurse to come to the villa for our pre departure COVID testing. The villa is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with what you need. Exactly as shown in the photos. We loved the pool & outside living area. Our little dog was safe inside the secure fenced in yard. The neighborhood is gated, quiet & safe. We would definitely stay at Villa Cote Mer again!! This villa is deep in the French side so English is the second language in this area (but everyone does speak English too) & everything at the grocery store is labeled in French so interesting experience shopping 🛒

The Villa Coté Mer is located on the Northern part of the island, away from the «noisy» side of Saint Martin, on the location of what used to be a luxury hotel, sold in separated villas since.

The immediate proximity of the ocean, its location in what turned to be gated community, in the middle of a marine sanctuary, made it an extraordinary place to relax and enjoy the Caribbean sea.
