Private downtown luxury condo located in the heart of Portland. The condo is within walking distance to parks, art galleries, theaters, shopping, boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The condo is just across the street from Jeld-Wen Stadium that hosts the Portland Timbers MLS and other events. Five blocks away is the Pearl district where you'll find Powell's Books, Whole Foods, Widmer and Bridgeport breweries, yoga studios, great restaurants, bars, many art galleries and 'First Thursday' art walk. The condo is within walking distance to many music venues such as Crystal Ballroom, Roseland Theater, Berbati's Pan and Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. You can enjoy many more art attractions and exhibits through out Old Town and downtown(Portland Art Museum). Our condo is located near schools such as PSU, OHSU, Art Institute of Portland and Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu. Washington Park is just west of the condo where you can hike, bike, and see summer outdoor concerts for free. Within Washington Park is The Oregon Zoo, Children's Museum, World Forestry Center, Japanese Gardens, Rose Gardens, and Hoyt Arboretum.

Portlandia is alive and was outstanding

The unit we rented was fantastic. Location was exceptional, close to public transport. Building has 24/7 concierge and they are good. We were there about 10 weeks and they not only opened doors, booked car service when needed, arranged maid cleaning ...

The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the pic. The temperpedic bed comfortable.

There is a really comfortable chair called "perfect chair" I fell asleep to many times in that chair.

There are sufficient kitchen set up if cooking is important but we didn't cook much other than breakfast. The night we seared fish(Halibut) we noticed the unit was not vented which was a shame but that defines the area. No biggie.

Damian is a good owner host. When we needed anything he was available.

Is rent here again. In fact we might look at something more long term.

Loved living here for 6 weeks

This is a spacious downtown studio condo, with views of downtown and Mt. Hood. Great location within a few blocks of everything - parks, theaters, shopping, groceries, etc. 100 yards to Max light rail. The only thing that could have improved my stay was if I could have thrown a party for my Portland friends there! I rented 3 different NW Portland condos during a 4-month work detail. This one had the MOST COMFORTABLE bed. I'd stay here again for several months! Very clean and light. Underground parking. Owners are nice.

This one is the Best!!

What a beautiful place. Great location for walking to downtown and very near all the restaurants in the Alphabet district. Loved that it had a parking garage, so you don't worry about parking on the street. The view is fabulous as you can see from the pictures. Everything we needed was included in the apt. It was a great 2 month stay in Portland. Thank you Damian and Shauna

Nice place, great view. Good value for the size and location too. Needs only some different more attractive dishes and flatware.
Few more pots and pans too would be good.
But these did not detract from a good stay - our 2nd.

Perfect landing!

This is a great location and a lovely space, extremely comfortable. We go to Portland often and this condo is conveniently located near the Pearl, near the Max, and tons of restaurants (Cafe Nell, Elephant Deli, Mother's), cafes and bars, as well as groceries/Farmer's Markets. We walked to Powell's books. We took the Max downtown and then walked the Esplanade and over the bridges. Washington Park and the zoo are accessible by Max. A car is not necessary, but garage parking is included, which is really nice in case you want to venture outside of the city. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed! We rented videos and enjoyed the view of the city at night (and during the day--great skies!). The owners were very helpful, answered questions and asked for feedback. We're already planning our next trip.

Across Burnside St. is 'Nob Hill' & 'The Pearl' where you'll find shops, restaurants and bars. Old Town/China Town has the Chinese Gardens & Portland Saturday Market, the longest running outdoor market in The World where you'll find handmade arts & crafts, food and music.
