This fine group house dates from the 15th century. It is in a traditional style and is suitable for a maximum of twenty-five people. The house has been renovated with great care and attention to detail and is now an ideal holiday accommodation. All guests will reside in the main building which has four apartments. The attractive annexe is 150 metres away and is a former priest's house. The holiday homes are in a quiet area in the pleasant village of Alica. The homes enjoy panoramic views. The private swimming pool, garden, terrace and meeting room are near the main building. You can enjoy wine and olive oil tastings near the annexe. You can admire archaeological findings from the Etruscan era at street level.
The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Thanks to the apartments and the annexe there is plenty of space and privacy. The house is also the perfect setting for activities and events. These include meetings, weddings, anniversaries, reunions, Tuscan dinners and cookery courses. These can be arranged on request with the helpful landlady who discreetly occupies a room in the main building.
The house is perfectly positioned for exploring the surrounding area. San Miniato is eighteen kilometres away, the historic city of Pisa and town of San Gimignano are forty kilometres, the magic city of Florence is fifty-nine kilometres and the coast and beaches are thirty-nine kilometres away. The friendly owners are happy to advise you on the area, its restaurants and places of interest.
