Luxury Private Pool Villa with Fenced Garden in upscale Wilton Manors!

Enjoy your holidays in this gorgeous private pool-villa with its tropical palm-garden, just located at the canal-waterfront.

You’ll find an exclusive, design-furnished home with all amenities (B&B Sofa, Kartell-tables and chairs, flat-TV, Bose HiFi surround system etc). Our villa offers 1 king, 1 queen-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, an incredible double story living area, an office (high-speed internet), kitchen and dining area, terraces and a secluded masterbedroom-balcony overlooking the waterfront.

Outside you will find plenty of comfortable, mostly brand-new designer outdoor furniture , a BBQ and a Jaccuzzi.

The tropical palm garden is unique: During the day you will love the shady spots under the palms poolside, in the evenings you will enjoy the romantic ambiance of the perfect garden- illumination: Both the pool and canal are reflecting the lights!

2-men kayak – for free! You don’t have to rent one! Just start from your private dock and enjoy the waterways of Fort Lauderdale!

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit must be received within 4 days of booking the reservation. The deposit converts to rental payment upon arrival and will apply toward the rent. The remaing balance of rent and the security deposit are due fourty days before arrival date. Cancellation after booking does not warrant any refund of the deposit and/or advance payments. Non payment of the remaing balance is considered equal to cancellation.

General Policies

There is no fence around the pool or toward the canal., we do not take any responsability.Swimming is at your own risk. We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance. Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear & tear) will be charged.

This home is a single-family dwelling in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood.With respect for our neighbors, our property is NOT available for parties!

Non payment of the remaing balance and / or cancellations that are made inbetween 30 days before the arrival date forfeit still the full rent.

Our beautiful house is located in the upscale neighborhood of favored Wilton Manors, and not -like many others- in one of the 'tourist-suburbs' of Fort Lauderdale. You don't have to share the pool or the BBQ with other parties like in the townhouses or motel apartments. Enjoy your vacation like in your private summer-residence! Go shopping or dining in the shade of the palms of Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas Boulevard or take a 20 minutes trip to the famous outlet mall Sawgrass Mills.

Fort Lauderdale, aka 'Venice of America' is located 25 miles north of Miami and 230 miles south of Orlando. A breathtaking 3 hours-ride brings you down to Key West. The journey is the reward!

Absolutely stunning! Great high class villa, great holidays with best support provided by the friendly owners. Didnt want to leave!! We had the most wonderful time, thank you so much for having us! Hope we can come back!
