This villa is perfect for romantic getaways, weddings, honeymoons, fun-filled family vacations, getaway with friends & executive retreats. With our dedicated & friendly staff that have been serving our guests for over 10 years, we offer complimentary daily housekeeping service. This location is most central to everything yet set apart amidst a tropical paradise of privacy. The main town, Port Elizabeth is a short water taxi or drive away or a cool 20 min. walk away where restaurants, shops & ferry service are located. The airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Overlooking the crystal clear waters of Princess Margeret beach, this villa offers comfortable accommodation with stunning views from every angle imaginable! Just sit on any patio & watch the ferries & yachts roll into & out of admiralty Bay harbour on any given day. The beach offers the most amazing sea bathing for children & adults & there are 2 snorkeling areas at either end of the beach. This tropical hideaway is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

You're within walking distance of Lower Bay where there are some tasty restaurants while Port Elizabeth is a 5 minute water taxi or drive away. There are some really nice trails in either direction where you'll enjoy seeing some of the other Grenadine islands in the distance.

Flamingo villa is located on Princess Margeret Beach, one of the nicest white sand beaches with the most pristine waters on Bequia. This tropical hideaway offers comfortable accommodation with stunning views from every angle imaginable. This villa is a short water taxi or drive away from the busy harbor of Port Elizabeth where there are restaurants of all kinds, groceries, vegetable & fruit market & shops. On either side of Princess Margret beach there is excellent snorkeling. This central location which is also just 15 minutes from the airport,allows for beautiful panoramic walks & hikes in all directions of the island.

Rental rates for this holiday villa in Bequia, St Vincent & Grenadines

Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes

  • 25% deposit required to confirm booking. MasterCard, Visa, certified cheque, bank draft accepted.
  • Flamingo requires a minimum stay of 2 weeks over Christmas/New year Eve period only.
    High season rates from Dec to April as follows: Flamingo: 1 bedroom up to 2 persons: US$ 3,500. per week. 2 bedroom up to 4 persons: US $4,200 per week. 3 bedroom up to 6 persons:US$5,005 per week.

    Low season April 15 Through Dec 1st rates from US$2,450. per week.

    A refundable US $200 damage deposit is included in final invoice. Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.In event of cancellation, deposit & /or full payment can be reused for alternate booking based on availability.
  • Low season rates as follows: Flamingo: 2 bedroom/up to 4 persons: US $2,940 per week. 3 bedroom/up to 6 persons: US $3,503 per week.

    All rates include complimentary daily housekeeping service.

WORTH THE TRIP

We travelled from Canada to the most beautiful place on earth. My husband is from Trinidad and Tobago and I am from Canada. We have travelled much of the Carribean. Many times we thought we had found our Carribean paradise but this time we truly did. Bequia is without a doubt the most beautiful spot in the Carribean. It was so restful. The accomodation we had at Flamingo Villa was exquiste. Views from every room. The beach was clean and the water crystal blue. We visited a couple of local spots for lunch and dinner, the food was outstanding and the service impecable. We also stayed in and relaxed by our private pool. We had some local foods prepared by our housekeeper that were so fresh and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she helped make our stay so comfortable. We met the owner of the Villa who arranged for us to be brought over from Barbados to Young island and then ferried over to Bequia. African is the owner/operator of the vessel. He took very good care of us as well. Travelling from Canada took most of a day but was well Worth The Trip!

Turtle Point and flamingo Villas

I have just returned home from my 11th visit to Bequia Villas- I stayed this time at Turtle Point Villa. You might think that by this time I would have found the words to properly put my finger on what it is that makes this an otherworldly dreamland. I can’t find the words yet.
It is tropical majesty gift wrapped in tranquility and silence but for barely lapping waves. It is caressed by offshore breezes, with views of verdant hills and cerulean seas you cannot imagine until you’ve seen them.
It is a very sleepy place nestled away in trees and flowering shrubs. It is a “neighbourhood” of three villas- none too close.
Flamingo and Turtle Point villas have all the accoutrement to embrace you in relaxed living in comfort yet staying in touch with the “outside” world with all modern communications ( TV, Telephone, wireless internet even at poolside).
The beach is 30 metres from the elevated patio which overlooks it and takes in a view of a whole bay a mile wide. The beach is crowded only by your party. Carmina and Josephine were our wondrous culinary artistes performing Caribbean cuisine to live for and African saw to our seafaring escapades when we wished to go sailing. Enough said, I am planning my 12th visit and I am hoping to book before you. Cheers.

Feels Like Home...but better!

It does not get better than this! From the minute you speak with Nina, the owner to book this amazing Villa you feel so welcome! Nina will handle every little detail to make your trip stress free! To say the Staff (African, Jo, Carmina) go out of their way to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable is an understatement. The Villa is perfect, the views from the deck are breathtaking. Turtle Point is located on the best beach in Bequia, Princess Margaret Beach. The location of the Villa is so private and the beach is like your own. Bequia is a beautiful, friendly island with wonderful restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. You leave feeling relaxed and go home counting the days to return. You have to try the HAIROUN, as per my Husband there is no better beer! Thank you Nina and Staff for going above and beyond in making our last two trips (2011, 2012) full of amazing memories!

Delightful time in Bequia

I have just spent a really delightful time in Bequia at Turtle point Villa, which provided a wonderful space for rest, relaxation and convivial company. Bequia is a truly special place and Princess Margaret Beach, just two or three steps away from the villas, has to rate as one of the most beautiful places in the world. The pristine nature of the water and the wonderfully lush surrounding hills are picture perfect. I stayed with a group of friends and we filled our time easily, we roasted fish on the beach, drank rum punch in the sea, sailed to Mustique for one day and enjoyed a stroll around the market and small shops in the town. Although Bequia is small there is plenty to do if you wish to leave the beach! We also enjoyed the Thursday evening BBQ at the Frangipani Hotel.
Thanks to Nina, and to Carmina and Jo for looking after us so well. See you all next year!!

Heaven on Earth

Flamingo and Turtle Point Villas provided the perfect escape for me and my wife and our friends. First was the charming and colourful individuality of these two villas with their magnificent views of a harbour populated by yachts from over the world. But the best was the pale blue cooling waters of the bay with the tiny fish hugging your legs like kittens and a surf that was no more than the swirl of the rum punch in the glass that you sipped.

The sands are white and perfect for sunbathing, Yet a stone toss away is the shade of magnificent almond trees, where you can doze the hours away. And if that is not enough your nights are serenaded by the sounds of crickets and whistling frogs.

What I am really saying is that my body recuperated and my head was cleared of all the accumulated clutter. Its the best place for healing. See you again next year which will be my 8th.
