More than 20 brand name restaurants and coffee shops right outside the resort (Esplanada Mall, Little Buddha, Thai Restaurant White Elephant, Hards Rock, McDonalds), night clubs, cafés, shops, pharmacy; 2 big supermarkets are around 5 minutes away by foots.Refundable breakages/Damage deposit from 150 Euro in case of loss, damage or excessive usage of utilities.

Any loss, damage or breakages that occur must be reported to us.

This breakages deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure- subject to satisfactory property inspection.

-50% of rental fee and breakages deposit are required to secure booking (non-refundable).

-the Remaining 50 % rental rate required no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. If the final balance is not received by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the booking deposit will not be refunded.

-For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date 100% rental rate & Breakages/Damage Deposit is payable to secure booking. In case of cancellation the total ammount will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
