Sleeps 4. 270 degrees views with sliding windows floor to ceiling 7 separate 3 panel units surround this unit with 9 foot ceilings for spectacular panoramic 270 degree view of the entire strip of Myrtle Beach with view of the Dunes club as well as all of North Myrtle beach. Building amenities heated Olympic size pool heated with outdoor Tiki bar, Adjacent two fully refurbished tennis courts (hard-court) type with view of ocean. Lobby is in marble with 24 hour security guards, oceanfront bar, media room for viewing DVDs seats up to 12, card room, pool room, restaurant open during peak season. In door year round lounge oceanfront. Game room for kids, two separate work out rooms with up to date equipment. Outdoor grills available. Outdoor water park as well as indoor pool five minute car ride available for nominal fee. Located in the Arcadian section; can walk to restaurant row or walk to at least 5 different restaurants within 5 minutes. Five minute drive gets you to Tanger outlets, Wal-Mart, other retail stores. Barefoot landing in North Myrtle is 10 min car ride. Broadway at the beach and airport are within 20 minute ride as well as downtown Myrtle Beach. Apache fishing pear is 5 minute walk can fish or just observe. Multiple things to do to appeal to all age groups. I rent Sat to Sat no less than 7 days!!

Myrtle Beach Look-Out

Let me tell you...from 24 stories up it definitely is a look-out! The views were awesome, the condo was just how it was stated, and was perfect in every way, as was the weather! Many thanks to our gracious hosts. We hope we will have the opportunity to return!

Worth every penny. Great trip!!

First working with the owner Dr Ryan is a pleasure, he is always there to help. The condo is beautiful, views are spectacular. It's not my first time here and won't be my last. The Maisons building is so nice. Beautiful pool, pool bar, access right on the beach, ocean club, cafe for breakfast and lunch. You won't be disappointed.

My husband, teen daughter, and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! Very pleased that we chose this place for our vacation 😀. Dr. Meredith was quick to respond to messages and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We hope to be able to schedule here again next summer.

Myrtle beach has so much to offer,multiple things for kids to do as well as adults, multiple places to shop within very short distance number one vacation spot in the USA.

What makes this property unique

This is basically a country club atmosphere which allows a family to enjoy the beach and never even leave the property. If you are so inclined you may in a very short distance find all kinds of different activities to do. No better building at the beach, it is older but impeccably kept by private owners the vast majority whom do not rent there units as they live there full time.
