Leigh Ann is both Principal Broker and visionary for PPR Real Estate in Eden, UT. With over 8 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology.

Her intuitive understanding of the needs of the second home owners propelled her to create her new company, Utah Lodging, to manage vacation home rentals & services. She firmly believes that by insuring the best possible experience for lodging guests, their repeat business will be assured. While some may ultimately become buyers themselves, her main focus with Utah Lodging is to assist sellers in maximizing their revenue potential by utilizing innovative marketing programs and delivering the highest level of owner service.

Her personal passions are skiing, golfing, hiking and traveling. While she loves the rural Ogden Valley, once or twice a year she fulfills her urban fix with travels to New York City or Europe. She is a fan of independant film and is an avid attendee of the Sundance Film Festival.

Why they chose this property

My closest friend from work had lost her father. At the luncheon after the funeral I began to talk to her cousin who I had never met but had always heard about. She had just built a house in Utah. I assumed it was in Park City and asked how the house was there.

She quickly corrected me and said it's in the Ogden Valley. Having been to Ogden on 3 different occasions (1980, 1986, 1993), I was quite confused with the visual picture that presented. She cleared things up by telling me about the road through the canyon from Ogden and the towns of Eden, Huntsville and Liberty. She gave us her friend's business card who was in realty.

We decided to call the realtor and changed our itinerary to incorporate one day and night in the Valley. We stayed at Moose Hollow. I knew immediately it was where I wanted to be but we continued our search down by the mouth of the Cottonwood Canyon. To me there was no comparison but Andy had to ski both mountains to be sure.

We returned for a week in March, 2006 staying at Moose Hollow again. We skied both Powder and Snowbasin, ate everywhere in the Valley and sampled 25th street. At that point we knew we had found the place!

We settled on our Moose Hollow condo in August 2006. We loved it so much but we needed a garage when it snowed!!! So up the hill we went to Cascades and settled on that in April 2009! So thank you Mr. Lieb up above for connecting cousin Beth and I and leading us to the Ogden Valley!
