Is a beautiful house in a quite place but very close to all amenities. It has all kind of facilities in a beautiful quite area. 5.000 square metres plot with lots of privacy. Infinity pool, many terraces to enjoy sun and aa chill-out space with hot tub to relax during sunset with nice music. Really really a great experience.

Javea: a unique unique place in Costa Blanca, Alicante

Is located in front of Parque Natural de El Montgó. There is pines all around and it’s in the heart of the nature and in the Costa Blanca. A rural place with the maximum comfort in order to join the best stay.

Casablanca combines the most in technology with the ultimate design and decoration. It is vanguardist and tradition combination that makes to Casablanca in a unique place in the Mediterranean. Homemade floors and stone walls are mixed with domotic system to make life easy.

The house is near by to heavenly beaches. It is between the Golf Club and the old town of Jávea. It’s a communicate place at the same time that far away of the noise from the touristic areas.The house its about 200 metros and is located in a 4.500 metros of plot all with pines, lavender, pilgrim and mint.The house has two entrances. One is the main and the other, in the kitchen, is the tradesman’s entrance.

The swimming pool is the heart of the outside. Around it there are three big terraces: one has a wooden floor to get out of the pool easily ant lie down in the sun. The is the central terrace. To the left, there is another terrace with two day beds. It is a nice place to relax. And, then, to the right the other terrace is covered by a canopy with a couch and a wood table for 8 people.

The terraces and the swimming pool is the chill out of the house. We thought in the places like the perfect place in summer to be and relax. The best moment of the day in Casablanca maybe it takes with the sunset right in front of the pool. The best thing to do is watch lie down in day beds or in any of our hammock. If you do this with music and a cocktail you will think this is a magic moment.

The house is all open to a valley covered by pines in front of it you find Montgó mountain. It is Natural Park from a few years ago. From the house you see Montgó with the shape of an huge elephant with the trunk extended. The trunk is the lowest side where is located Cabo Sant Antoni. One legend said that if you see Montgó mountain from this side and you sight the elephant eye –which is a cave- you will always came back to Jávea, you will always feel like home is far away.

Covatelles is a quiet residential area full plenty of white houses built in the traditional way, “Marina Alta style”: tile roof and the arch as a “naya” with the tosca stone. Casablanca, although, even it been created as a typical Mediterranean construction it has been done more modern, no more narrow windows. Big glasses to catch all the light and the nice view.

About Rocio De La Vara Soriano

I am a journalist in love with Javea and this area of Costa Blanca. We built this house with lots of love and taken care of each detail, in the same way that we are doing now with our renters. We just want to work on something very simple and difficult, at the same time: provide our clients the same as we would like to have if we are renting a property to spend our holidays.

Because the atmosphere is unique. The white provides peace and this beautiful decoration makes you feel special. It is not just gorgeous, it is the sounds around and the sunset with some chill out music, gives a sensation of relax and became part of nature.

What makes this villa unique

It is so quite because the villa is built in a 5.000 square metres plot. So there is not neighbors next door. The outside hot tube to enjoy the sunset while listening music and having some drinks it is a real uncomparable sensation. The house is full of confort: beds, towels, beach towels, wi-fi, music, natural plants, (lavander, mint), views ....It is really a unique place.

Beautiful place for a relaxing holiday

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful villa in October 2014 with a friend couple. We enjoyed the sun, the pool and the jacuzzi and of course the beautiful villa. Also the barbeque and pizza oven were great, we used to have dinner in the lovely Spanish evening out in the terrace. It's easy to reach Javea supermarkets and nice beaches by car and also go exploring the near towns.

Villa is well-maintained, clean and designed for a perfect relaxing holiday.

Contact with Paco and Rocio was easy when booking and they are very helpful in any matters. Deposit was returned immediately when we left the villa.

I would recommend it to anyone who likes to relax in a luxury environment. Absolutely wish to come back one day and looking forward to it!

Gorgeous sunsoaked villa with stunning views!

We had a fantastic week at this amazing villa with views of Montgo from the stunning pool area. The villa is modern and very relaxing and is situated in a lovely rural location with great restaurants - including the Michelin-starred BonAmn where we enjoyed a fantastic meal and great hospitality.

I would recommend some of the local walking routes, the local scenery is terrific and well worth exploring.

The owners were gracious and welcoming. They really have produced something special here; the villa is decorated tastefully with some fun modern touches and really is a very relaxing, welcoming base in Javea.

We really can't recommend this villa enough - we will be sure to book again in future!
