Cooked, walked, relaxed, played board games and brought in the New Year.
We love the place but could have used a rolling pin, but I suppose not many people make
their own pizza in a cabing. PS: There is now a rolling pin for pizza.
We had wood burning fires every day to enjoy.
Staying at this log cabin is highly recommended.
The Todd's home is absolutely ideal. It's peaceful, it's well furnished with everything you could possibly think of that you might need for your excursions and it's fresh and new. The location is great because you can head either one way to get to the park or another way to get to the park and there are different experiences either option. The house was just wonderful and an ideal situation for families, for couples, and those who respect a property with all the right amenities to make their vacation just right!
This was my & my family's first time visiting Yosemite and let me just say that the home Bob & Elinore have provided is a very BIG reason why we will be coming back again & again! We have three little ones under the age of six, so we're always a bit weary of travel as a family. Our kids, along with my husband & I, felt right at home here. The home provided us with every necessity we could have thought of, & then some! Bob & Elinore are so sweet & a great big thank you to them for the hospitality! This vacation was a favorite of our family by a landslide! You will not go wrong booking this home for your next visit to this beautiful area!
What a beautiful home, great location, fairly close to yosemite. Bob and Ellinor are such great people to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this home and if we ever come back, we will definately rent this again.
We stayed here in October for 4 nights. We loved it and luckily we were able to return again in May. This time we spent 5 nights. Good quiet spot to enjoy the park and all the other fun stuff in the area. Elinor & Bob are great owners we were very happy to rent from them again. Master bed is a little noisy if you are sensitive to that. House is perfect beyond that. Daughter loves the bunk beds and the master bath tub.
We had a great Easter long weekend place. Beautiful house that has everything you could need. Very clean, and a very quiet location. Kids had lots of fun playing with the dog.
We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving at the log home. It was absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. The owners are delightful and nearby if you need to reach them. I would have loved to just move in...it is perfect! We will definitely be returning to this mountain paradise!
