This was a perfect spot for us in LA. The home is beautiful, well furnished, and very roomy. Quiet street. Very responsive and helpful owners. Up to four people would be very comfortable here. Great to have a garage. We loved it, and will stay here again.

A Perfect start

on a three weeks tour throughout California and more.
We had no other chance than feeling at home immediately.
Spacious, in the best of taste and centrally located to reach every place of interest easily.
Lori and James are very helpful and kind, the booking was uncomplicated and we would highly recommend this apartment to every group up to 4 people, looking for a great place to stay in L.A.

The apartment was everything hoped for. Large, clean and well fitted. The neighborhood was quiet and. we well placed to reach everything, it made a good base from which to explore. James and Lori were very helpful and I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in LA. I would also highly recommend the planetarium at Griffin Observatory, which was truly awe inspiring.

Excellent place to stay in Los Angeles!

This is our return visit to this property and again we were not disappointed! This place is just as perfect like the last time we stayed. The place is spotless with quality linens provided. We were in a quiet area and parking is available though a bit tight in the garage. The area is safe so no need to worry. We would recommend this place without a doubt-it is truly a lovely place to stay. Please note that the property is on top of the stairs.

We stayed at the Duplex on 9th recently for a week spent in the LA area. The property was exactly as listed and in an excellent area/neighborhood with lots of great (close) restaurants and shopping. Also a very short drive to the tourist stuff to do in LA.

The Duplex was clean and well maintained. We had a glitch with the washing machine not being available the week we were there, however, the owners were very responsive and gracious about helping to make alternate arrangements. They were truly apologetic for this minor hick-up; thus showing they really care about their guests satisfaction while staying at their property.

We will definitely stay here again if/when back in the area and would definitely recommend the Duplex on 9th to any and all.

Duplex on 9th is a gem!

We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 adults and I child for a brief vacation. The duplex is well maintained, very clean, spacious and airy. The photos don't do it justice! The owner was easy to work with and very helpful during the booking process, providing us with spot on directions, neighborhood information etc. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient to get around to do our 'tourist' things. I'd recommend staying here if you need a comfortable, convenient, quiet place admist the hustle and bustle of LA.

*Onsite parking is a major plus*
