Perfect home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Our young ones never felt scared for this place was like you never left home. We had all we needed and more to do all our own cooking. We went horse back riding at chico, only 15 min. away. Chico offered babsiters for our kids for they did not fit in the age limit. It was nice to have some alone time. Went back home and roosted marshmellows and hot dogs over the nice fire pit in the back yard. We for sure recommend this home for any age and group or size family. We have stayed in many places thru our travels and is one place I would truly come back to. Very nice place and so many things to do it would take several more places to enjoy all that this place has to offer.

Outstanding Home

  • 5 of 5

We had our Family reuion there. We had a total of 22 people show up. I was afraid this would be a problem with the owners but Christina took it all so well and made sure that we had what we need for the extra two people. We looked about in closets as she said and found all we needed. For our family to all be together under one roof was awsome to say the least. We never felt crowed for the veiw was great so spent lots of time on front deck or on the back deck in the hot tub. This place had all that it said it had and more. I do hope this review is helpful for the owners they are great people

Ideal Place

  • 5 of 5

Where a family of 6, 2 Adults And 4 kids All amenities mentioned are there and in great shape.Nice and clean this is truly important to me. I was overly satisfied and lots of things for the family to do together or just some quiet time for us adults. The home was big enough for us not to get under foot of each other. The veiw from the hot tub was joyful we socked and watched a small heard of deer at play. The home was just a 30min. drive to the Yellowstone Park. We took a pick nick lunch and ate will watching Bison and Elk grassing close by. We are hoping that we can come back here again. We would recomend this place very Highly. There where no disappointments.

Our trip to Yellowstone

  • 5 of 5

I would like to start with booking the house Christine was very responsive in returning are e-mail she called within 5 minutes thats rare. The house very accommidating for our group of 7 people the beds were more comfortable then our own beds the sheets and linnen were very clean. The fire ring and hot tub were are favorite things to do every night while star gazing. The trip to yellowstone was a half hour drive not bad.I will also mention pricing rates were very low compared to other homes we looked at the house over all amazing we will be back thanks John and kim.

Perfectly Peaceful

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 5 stayed here in July. Every last detail of our stay couldn't have been better. This house is quite literally a home away from home. We cooked most of the time and had everything we needed. The hot tub, game room, extra living space were add-ons that we don't usually get when we rent houses in other vacation spots, which made this an extra comfortable place to be. Coffee on the front porch with the beautiful mountain view was blissful. Our young kids could run around and play outside with no worries. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and this one tops the list! 20 mins to Livingston and 35 minutes to Yellowstone. 2nd Street Bistro in Livingston is the perfect place for locavores. Sacajawea in Livingston is a beautiful park - great for kids and adults. Thanks Christine and Jake for the recommendations and your hospitality!
