1 bedroom with queen and full bed, bunkbed +add'l sleeping in main room 2 baths

Enjoy this modernized cabin with two new bathrooms and new kitchen. Knotty pine throughout with stone fireplace. Decorated with antiques and antique reproductions. Iron bed, clawfoot tub. clean and modern. Hardwood floors throughout. Nice size kitchen for entertaining with breakfast bar and table seating area. New appliances. covered deck on front of cabin overlooking greenwood bay. Also firepit with firewood overlooking the bay. Dock is located in back of cabin on main bay. This lake home is on a pennisula and has lake views in front and private beach and dock in back.

This is a one bedroom cabin with new queen and full size bed in the bedroom, additional sleeping in main room with a heavy draw curtain and full size log futon in main room. There is also a twin size bunk bed set. NEW WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED. Kid friendly, toy box, games, swing set. Fireplace inside and great fire pit outside with fire wood provided. Cell phone overage is very good. Directv with HBO is also included

My family loves to send time at the lake. We've done extensive updates to the cabin and take great pride in sharing it with others.

Why Daniel Spanier chose McGregor

This property is unique in the sense that it sits on a narrow piece of property with the lake on both sides. It's on a hill that creates fantastic views from the front, and great privacy in the back. The back also has a sandy bech and dock. And when it rains the sound on the metal roof in the morning is the greatest!

What makes this cabin unique

Very clean, fresh cabin with newer beds, linens. Hardwood floors throughout and two new bathrooms. There are a couple of large area rugs, but the rest is maple, birch, and pine throughout. It's decorated in an up north theme complete with old fishing lures. But we have newer appliances including an antique reproduction stove. The bathrooms are new, with the exception of a deep antique claw foot tub. Lots of windows allows for cool nights with the fresh scent of the surrounding pine trees. There are electric baseboards heaters throughout as well as ceiling fans.

My husband and I had a really nice relaxing weekend at the cabin, which is lovely. We enjoyed fires in the firepit outside under the full moon and kayaked the lake to explore. Finished a really good book with the breeze blowing through the cabin with a great thunderstorm moving across the lake and made delicious dinners on the grill. Our dog, Wilson, had the best time of all and is still exhaused from a continual loop of jumping off of the dock to retrieve a toy and swimming back to shore only to do it all over again! I would definately reccomend this cabin to a couple or a small family looking for a get away without the long drive from Minneapolis.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
