The modern apartment is located on a 3000m ² plot about 4 km from the port. The beach, Markgrafenheide, Graal Müritz, Warnemünde, the Überseehafen and Rostock are not far away. The apartment is located in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock, towards the Markgrafenheide beach. Up to max. 4 people (2 adults + max. 2 children) stay overnight. The apartment has its own terrace with 4 x seating, parasol, lounger, a private playground with tree house and a barbecue area and fireplace. The apartment is new and about 46m ². You have a private locked parking space on the property.

Ruhig, idyllisch und Hundefreundlich

Super Unterkunft wenn man eine ruhige Lage bevorzugt. Viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Spaziergänge. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit hervorragender Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit netten Vermietern

Wir haben das verlängerte Wochenende genossen und sind täglich zum 20 Minuten entfernten Strand gefahren. Da wir in der Ferienwohnung nur gefrühstückt haben, haben wir den Geschirrspüler gar nicht vermisst. Wir kommen wieder...

Schönes Grundstück und saubere Wohnung

Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Objekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zurückhaltend - man ist sich quasi nie über den Weg gelaufen und das obwohl die Ferienwohnung auf dem selben Grunstück ist. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft und wir durften alles mit benutzen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich.

Niedliche, kleine Unterkunft

Für einen Kurztrip an die Ostsee mit nur einer Übernachtung war diese kleine Ferienwohnung genau das richtige. Vor Ort sieht die Wohnung noch viel gemütlicher und einladender aus, als auf den Fotos. Das liegt auch daran, dass seit der Fotos wohl nochmal die ein oder andere Verschönerung vorgenommen wurde. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Der Kontakt und Austausch auch im Vorfeld bereits war sehr unkompliziert und super. Die Wohnung ist trotz Nähe zum Gewerbegebiet ruhig gelegen und man wurde morgens mit einem Vogel-Chor in den umstehenden Bäumen geweckt. Wer längeren Urlaub ohne Auto machen möchte, ist von der Lage wohl nicht ganz so glücklich. Für uns für die eine Nacht war es aber kein Problem. Mit dem WLAN hatten wir auch Probleme - störte uns wegen der Kürze der Zeit jedoch nicht. Für längere Urlaube wäre uns die Wohnung zu klein, da bis auf Bad auch alles in einem Raum ist, und würde uns ein Back-Ofen fehlen. Doch wer für eine kurze Auszeit eine Unterkunft sucht, wird hier fündig :)
