About this property

We recently added a REME-Halo Air purifier to our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores). You will love this condo! Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. Because we use a lockbox, all check-in and check-out is contactless. Our cleaners wear protective gear and have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures. They are using Lysol, bleach and alcohol based cleaning agents. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat.
In addition to cleaning the usual surfaces, they have been sanitizing all knobs, light switches/remotes and also handles on blow dryers and curling irons. All towels hanging are laundered even if they look unused.

If you would like to make a reservation, using the 'BOOK IT' feature will be the surest way to secure your dates. Email is the preferred method of contact but you can always call if you have questions. Our rental is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach. It has been updated with great features. We are located on the Southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the master, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

We have equipped it with everything guests would need to enjoy a stay at the beach:

Beach cart for easy transport to the pool or beach

Nets and Flashlights for Crabbing at Night
Beach toys

You really just need to bring sun block and your swim suit. Because it is located in the southeast portion of the building, it is a bright and sunny unit with views of the pool as well as the ocean. As a gated complex on a non-driving portion of the beach, you have less foot traffic thru the complex and the beach is always enjoyable. I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.

Second time we stayed in this condo and it was terrific both times. Great beach area, view and pool. Other residents are very friendly. Only minor negative is we probably would not schedule during Bike Week again.

Beautiful condo

Property was exactly as listed, everything was clean, and everything u could need was available. Perfect beach vacation. Easy to get ahold of host, answered questions. Check in was easy, no problems. Only issue was wifi was very spotty and wouldn't stay connected. But everything else was great!

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Condo had gorgeous views of the ocean, literally looked like you were on top of the ocean when you walked in the front door! If you are looking for a condo that you can walk to shopping, restaurants this condo may not be for you. But if you are looking for no crowds and a peaceful beach getaway, this condo is for you! We will be returning anytime we are in the area!

We are Mark and Justine and we LOVE our condo. We spent the first 5 months of ownership renovating the condo and making it the perfect vacation spot. We continue to improve our condo every year. We enjoy coming to New Smyrna Beach with our three children and love the family feel NSB offers.

Why they chose this property

Our complex is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach and is gated to offer added safety. With no public access nearby, the beach in front of our complex is never crowded. Having the pool directly on the beach is a big plus. The pool is heated in the Winter.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite time of day is mid to late afternoon when the tide goes out and exposes the sandbar. We grown-ups set up our beach chairs on the sandbar and enjoy each others' company while our kids play in the salt water 'pool' that forms between the sandbar and the beach. It's a great time to break out the hand nets and let the kids try to catch the small fish. We provide the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, nets, boogies boards, and sand toys . You bring the family!
