2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6. Number of guests must match number reserved for.

Why Marc B chose Cathedral City

The perfect place to enjoy all the amenities this club provides: the 27 hole championship golf course, the 10 tennis courts, 32 pools heated and non heated, spa, gym. I usually take my bike and ride every morning in and around the complex.

I also appreciate the country club being gated with 24/7 live security who are constantly monitoring and making sure the occupants are safe and secure.

What makes this condo unique

It may be a repetition but I can't emphasize enough that Everything you need is close by: shopping, entertainment, hiking, biking, golf, pool, tennis or a nice drive, even the casinos are close by. You have an all-in-one package by staying in this complex.

One more advantage is that the Famous Doral Hotel is close also. That has helped us entertain other guests who want to visit us and wish to stay for a day or two with peace in their mind that they are not being a burden, even though in our minds and home they are always welcome.

In a word, it is the many accommodations and conveniences that has made us happy to own this property and offer it to vacationers

Excellent trip & unit!

Enjoyed our recent trip to Palm Springs and Marc's condo. The condo is located in a gated community on a golf course. The unit was super quiet and had all the amenities of home. Woke up the first morning to my husband announcing that there were orange trees, lemon trees and grapefruit trees outside the unit. The friendly neighbour confirmed that they were ours for the picking! Made for a great week of fruit smoothies! Nicely updated, modern and clean, there was nothing amiss with the unit. There was even a selection of pillows - fluffy and flat, we all know that a bad pillow can really play havoc with a vacation. The unit had a convenient parking spot, was a short walk to the pool and fitness facility. The fitness facility was nice and cost $10 a day (probably have a better deal for longer stays). As for the Palm Springs area, we are avid hikers so enjoyed access to the many trails in the area. Day trips included Joshua Tree Park, Indian Springs, Coachella Valley, the Whitewater Reserve Loop Trail and the Salton Sea. Enjoyed eating at the Indian restaurant Monsoon and Thai Smile. Thanks to Marc for being a super host!

December in Palm Springs

Just returned from a week at Marc's condo. Although always a little leary when checking out places to stay, nothing to worry about here. From the initial email and phone call touching base, everything about the booking was very quick, smooth and informative. Once booked you have access to a very detailed website that answers all your questions. We travelled with another couple and this 2 bd/2 ba was perfect for us with plenty of room. Nice to have each bed/bath on seperate sides of the condo. One king size bed with shower only and one queen size bed with tub/shower combo bath, lovely double sinks and large walk in closets. Bedding linens, pillows and towels plentiful and of high quality. Beds very comfortable. Very clean, spacious and renos and upgrades very nice. To have a washer and dryer in the condo was a great addition. Kitchen appliances all updated and everything else you need to cook a meal - is there, even a BBQ on the large patio. Things supplied like saran, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, hair dryer, make-up mirror , cleaning supplies for quick touch ups, laundry and dishwasher soap were a nice touch. The few email questions we had about the tv operation were answered right away with detailed instructions and the same when checking out about the water. The next door neighbours, also from Canada, were kind enough to take our leftover condiments/food so that we didn't have to throw it away. It is very easy to get around the area from here but, unless you just want to stay put and only golf at Desert Princess, you do need a vehicle. We did feel very secure in this DP complex with the gate - coming and going. Parking outside the condo was very convenient. We did golf and have dinner in the Clubhouse - very nice and very friendly staff and good food on 'Football Monday' - Happy Hour and dinner specials. The whole complex is very well kept.

Except for the day of arrival (rain), December weather was just great, especially for golfing - mid 70's to low 80's .

We certainly would like to stay here again at Marc's place and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fabulous Condo with everything you need

My wife and I stayed at Marc's place for 3 weeks. The Condo is great. It has a well stocked kitchen where we found everything we needed. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outside patios with barbecue. We had many nice dinners outside.

The golf course was great. We took a group lesson every Sunday.lots of hiking close by.

Grocery store and Starbucks right next door..rented bikes close by.

Had a fabulous time and hope to be back.

Golf vacation

We travel to Palm Springs every February and this condo was the best one we have ever stayed at. An immaculate and spacious home with fabulous upgrades.....the kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. The grounds at the Desert Princess are lovely and make for an enjoyable morning walk. The location was convenient with a shopping centre just blocks away. Marc took immediate action on a couple of issues we had. We were just a two-some but there is plenty of room for two couples with two master suites at the opposite ends of the condo.

Bring your golf clubs as the Desert Princess has a golf course in the complex.

My husband and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Marc

Desert Fun

We had a great time at the Desert Princess! The condo was perfect for two people, but could have easily accomodated two couples as well. Although we cooked very little, the kitchen was great. I was an original condo owner at the Desert Princess and Marc has done a great job bringing this condo up to date.

Mother's Day Weekend

This was the perfect place for a girls' getaway weekend. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Everything was immaculate and the home looked exactly like the pictures displayed on the website. The pool was just a short distance from the back patio which was perfect for us since we spent two days floating in it.

Marc bent over backwards to make sure our stay would be enjoyable. From answering my numerous questions prior to renting, to trouble-shooting Wi-fi problems, to even wishing us a Happy Mother's Day, he was great! I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and truly appreciated his kindness. I would most definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.
