Beautifully done by artist owner with exceptionally good taste. Everything is new and top of the line, i.e., beds, furniture, baths, kitchen appliances, etc. Very large with huge master suite. Being maintained in spotlessly clean manner for your visit. Nice balcony with view of sand and ocean. Kitchen has all to prepare gourmet. 3/4 block from sand & beach. Biking is everywhere & for this we have included 4 for your use. Linens & bath towels included. Also beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella.

Loved the accommodations. We were a family of four adults. The home was large enough and well appointed. The location was super. I walked to the beach for my morning coffee everyday. The grocery store, restaurants, and pier were all within walking distance. We recommend the mac and cheese pizza at the brewery and fish tacos at Bear Flag. The photos were accurate regarding the property appearance and layout.

Beautiful location for a family reunion

My cousin's wedding in Orange County was bringing in family from all over the world, so we were looking for a nice home to gather together. Joy's beach home was perfect. The short walk to beach made everything so convenient. It was great for everyone -surfers, boogie boarders, swimmers, sand diggers and beach bums. There was something for everyone. Thank you for making it all so seamless and stress-free, Joy!

Very nice, clean, close to beach - great!

This was a great place to stay. It was well-maintained and the owners were very helpful when we had to change our plans. We had originally rented both upstairs and downstairs units for an extended family reunion. There were a couple of family crises, so we had fewer people attending. The owners didn't need to help us out, but they listed the downstairs unit and got renters for the week, so we were able to reduce our cost.

The unit is very nice, well maintained, pleasant, well-stocked, within easy walking distance to the beach that is great for boogie-boarding. The unit also had boogie boards, bikes, chairs - all sorts of stuff you want but don't want to travel with. I recommend this unit to others and hope to stay there again on future travels. I give it 5 stars.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we vacationed at Newport Beach. The upstairs unit is clean and more than met our expectations! The VCR was not working when we arrived but the managers arrived within the hour with a brand new one...excellent service! Thanks again for the use of your rental. We will recommend this unit to others.

More than advertised

We travelled from the UK to Newport Beach the owner made the whole experience effortles for us from booking and throughout our stay. The beach house was lovely and spotless, everything was thoughtfully provided for us. We enjoyed the use of the bikes in particular. The beach was a minute from the house and it was clean and unspoilt. Newport is a lovely area to disover with many excellent restaurants to choose from.
We had a great holiday experience and we intend to go back there next year and bring some more of our family with us !!
